    I am extremely disappointed with this company and would strongly encourage future customers to think carefully before hiring them. In August of last year, I paid to have an EV charger installed at my home. On the day of installation, the technicians informed me they did not have the 50-amp breaker required for the installation I purchased. Instead, they installed a 40-amp breaker and assured me they would contact me as soon as the correct 50-amp breaker arrived so the installation could be completed properly. Nearly ten months later, I am still waiting. I paid for a 50-amp installation, but I have been forced to charge my vehicle at a lower rate because only a 40-amp breaker was installed and the work was never completed as agreed. In my opinion, I was charged for a service and equipment configuration that I did not ultimately receive. In addition to the EV charger installation, I also hired the company to diagnose and repair several electrical outlets that were not functioning properly. This issue was discussed in advance and was part of the quoted work. However, after arriving at my home, the technicians determined they needed additional equipment and left to retrieve it. As a customer, it was frustrating to be billed for time associated with delays that appeared to result from a lack of preparation, especially when the scope of work had been communicated before the appointment. I expected the technicians to arrive with the tools and equipment necessary to perform the work they had been hired to complete. Over the past several weeks, I have contacted the company multiple times seeking a resolution. Initially, I was told that the person familiar with my installation was on vacation and that someone would get back to me within a week. It has now been several weeks since that conversation, and despite leaving multiple messages, I have received no meaningful follow-up and no resolution. The lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to complete the installation have caused me to lose confidence in the quality of the work. As a result, I am hiring another company to independently inspect the charger and electrical installation to verify that everything was installed correctly and safely. Since the company has failed to resolve this issue despite repeated attempts to contact them, I am preparing to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Kentucky Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the appropriate Kentucky electrical licensing and regulatory authorities for review. My advice to future customers: make sure every part of your installation is completed before considering the job finished, and get any promises of future work in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Nearly ten months after installation, I am still waiting for the company to provide the service I paid for and complete the installation as promised.
