  We had the nightmare of discovering water coming into our finished basement. Prime showed up that day and removed all the wet carpet and drywall and had us dry within 24hrs. Thanks!

  The roof caught fire on our 15 year-old log cabin. The roof had to be replaced. The inside of the building smelled of smoke and was pretty filthy from putting the fire out and cleaning out the burn or water damage material. Primary Restoration Not only got rid of all the outer, but clean the entire inside of the cabin for a reasonable cost. I was amazed that it looked like new again!

  Found this company on the web through Google search. Contacted based on review rating. They did not disappoint. Very timely, professional and quality work. I would use them again.

  I would highly recommend prime restoration. They stuck with me through thick and thin, even when the Insurance was acting crazy they fall for what was right and got my house together after three months. It is beautiful. I’m so excited that I chose prime if anybody has any doubts please feel free to respond to my message and I will let you know anything that you need to know. Miss Sharon is the best. I love her to death. I have made a friend and to the team thank you so much for all the long hours you put in and even when I made a punchlist, miss Sharon had whoever they’re the same day to take care of whatever I need it I will be passing prime restoration along to whoever may need them in the future
