  We couldn’t have been more pleased with the work done at our house. Jon, Kevin, and Jose were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were efficient, dependable, honest, and incredibly hard-working. They handled the packing and cleaning with care and attention to detail, while also being pleasant, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s not often you find a team you can completely trust in your home, but we felt very comfortable with all three of them. They worked hard, got the job done efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. We highly recommend Jon, Kevin, and Jose to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy team. They truly went above and beyond! Sharon was very helpful answering all our questions and making sure I understood each step we were taking. She was great at giving me advice on what to do and expect next. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

  We had water damage in the house that needed immediate attention. Prime restoration came and started the process. All the employees were so polite and knowledgeable in taking care of this problem! They were always at the house at the time they scheduled. Highly recommend!!

  I’m a working mom, with 5 kiddos! Life is so busy and sometimes when it rains it pours. I had a leak in my bathroom. It flooded the whole room and hallway. I felt a little hopeless. I called prime restoration and within 1.5 hours Stanton and John showed up. They made the process stress free. Handled insurance and had the job cleaned up within 2 hours. I was very pleased with the job and the customer service. Highly recommend them !

  Prime Restoration was the first company I thought of when I had my water heater burst! Their google reviews were so good and i personally know the staff there and knew I’d be taken care of and they absolutely did! They worked with my insurance and took all the stress out for me and handled everything!

  I can’t say enough good things about Prime Restoration! We had a supply line to our bathroom sink rupture behind the vanity, causing a significant amount of water damage throughout our home. What started as a stressful situation was made so much easier because of the professionalism and obvious experience of their team. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They quickly assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done, and got to work. They were careful with our home, kept us informed throughout the process, and did an awesome job getting everything cleaned up. The quality of their work really stood out, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I’m extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Prime Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage. Thank you to the entire Prime Restoration team! Sharon, Kevin and Sean were amazing!
