  I called Middletown Roofing and two amish guys showed up. I showed them where I had a tiny hole in the roof of my porch but we could see from the underside that the wood underneath was rotted. Although it wasn't visible from the top, I told them exactly where it was. While I wasn't watching there with them, one of them put his foot through the hole. It had to be on purpose because of where it was located. Now the hole was the size of a softball or larger and had to be patched right away. I think they did it to pressure me into having them do it. The bid was way too high so they left. I called and left a message with a lady and said they should come back and put a temporary patch on it because now water is pouring in when it was only a drip previously. They haven't contacted me yet and it's been several days with rain.

  They came out to look at my roof but when i called them after filing the claim with my insurance to tell them i wanted them to do the roof they would not return my call. After several attempts i went with another company. I guess they don’t need the $8200. Poor business practice.

  Needed a 3-4 ft piece of siding replaced on my 2nd floor. Marcos (same guy who gave a four star review below) came to my house and gave me an estimate of $300. I thought the estimate was too much, but agreed to it. Afterwards, he emailed me an invoice with a estimate much higher. When I questioned, he responded that his guys wanted more. What a rip.

  After a series of severe weather ravaged our area the spring of 2012, my home suffered extensive wind, and hail damage (not to mention windows, screens, automobiles, shed). Middletown Roofing installed the previous roof prior to my purchasing the home in 2008. The roof was approximately 10 years old when this series of storms blew through (a part of the Henryville system). Middletown Roofing worked excellently with State Farm Ins. to install a replacement roof, and even worked in upgrade 3-D shingles. Was very pleased with the price, installation, and employees who completed the work. Would recommend, and definitely would use them in the future should this home or any future purchase require roof work or replacement.
