  I called Maeser late this morning, thinking that I would get an estimate to replace all fixtures in the bathroom. The shower made a screeching noise and the handle fell off of the wall mounted sink fixture. Wasim arrived within three hours, repaired the handle, and replaced the spout in the bath that was making noise. He was delightful, but more importantly, talented and competent. I am absolutely delighted to avoid an expensive replacement of all the bathroom fixtures! Thank you!

  I had to have my outdoor water faucet repaired today. Thanks to Thomas Jones Jr,..he went out of his way to fix it without replacing the whole faucet. He was also one of the nicest, most polite and officiant young man.The front desk lady that took my call was also very nice and friendly..I will gladly use this company again in the future Sandy..

  Keaton was very knowledgeable about the history of our condo. He explained what he was going to do and if this didn't work what he might have to do. I appreciated the additional information. Keaton originally called to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and made sure to tell me to call if I needed anything else!

  We had an emergency at 11:00 p.m., and your team truly came through and saved the day. Doug was outstanding—he quickly identified the issue, explained exactly what was wrong, fixed it, and had everything back to normal in less than an hour. He was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

  We had an unusual problem with no cold water to our guest bathroom since changing water heater. We tried few plumbers who were not able to fix it. But William with Maeser diligently and patiently found the obstruction point and removed it. Moreover he kept track of time spent with honesty. Kudos to William and his assistant Cayden for fixing the issue. We would highly recommend William and Maeser without any hesitation.
