  23mo ago, we had a 20+ yr old HVAC/Furnace system replaced. Maeser wasn't the least or most expensive bid, but we felt their customer service was top notch. We havn't been disappointed with it. Since, we have had them out to look at an issue that we were having. No fault of theirs, they don't make electronics like they used to.. Again, Customer Service top notch. You may find a cheaper service, you may find a more expensive service, but I guarantee you will not find a better Customer Service group. "Consumers don’t just buy performance — they buy confidence in performance." Thats a fact....

  We recently used Maeser for a major bathroom remodeling project, and we could not be happier with the experience! They built a completely new bathroom in our basement where one did not previously exist, and they also gutted and fully remodeled our main floor bathroom. While Maeser is well known for plumbing, this was specifically a remodeling project, and their team was fantastic from start to finish! Anna was incredible throughout the entire process. She took so much time walking us through everything, helping us make selections, and making what felt like an overwhelming project much more manageable. Katie was also amazing with scheduling and communication — she was always available, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions or changes. The crew members we worked with — Mike, CJ, Wayne, and Chris — were all genuinely kind, courteous, and helpful. We had them in our home nearly every day for about two months because the basement project was a big one, and they honestly started to feel like family. We have a baby, and even though remodeling is naturally loud and disruptive at times, the team really tried to accommodate us and make it as easy as possible for us to continue our normal daily life. The bathrooms turned out absolutely incredible. I had honestly delayed doing this project for years because I was nervous about taking on something this large and couldn’t wrap my head around the process, but Maeser made us feel completely at ease. As with any remodeling project, there were a few unexpected changes along the way, but the team always communicated clearly about what was happening and what to expect. I would absolutely recommend Maeser to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel. They take the time to do things the right way instead of rushing through the job haphazardly, and it really shows in the final result. It was a little bittersweet to have the project done because I really felt connected to the team!

  We reached out to Maeser to come out for a plumbing inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. Technician Benjamin Levine arrived to assist us punctually at our scheduled time and was courteous, respectable, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly describe to us any and all potential issues that he came across throughout every step of his process as well as offer suggestions on how to proceed with correcting them. The realtor forgot to leave the crawlspace unlocked for us so that Ben could access under the house to assess any potential underlying issues, and Ben made no fuss about having to wait for them to arrive to help us gain access although i am sure it bogged down his very busy day. Once his inspection began Ben was very thorough and did not cut any corners in his assessment. Once completed Ben laid out a comprehensive list of issues that he had found as well as walked us through the process of getting timely and proper repairs done, and broke it down in a way that we could understand as everyday normal people. Overall this experience was one of, if not the best, that i have ever had with a contractor or tradesman, and would highly recommend Maeser and their team for all of your home and commercial repair needs and will be reaching out to them again in the future.

  Our kitchen sink would not drain and our garbage disposal was not working properly. I called Maeser Plumbing on Monday and they scheduled a plumber to assess and repair the plumbing issues the next day, Tuesday morning . The plumber, Steve, arrived Tuesday morning as scheduled. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided information on disposals and helped me select the disposal that would meet our needs. Steve installed the disposal quickly and efficiently. Then he started the process of removing our sinks blockage. The blockage was extensive and the clean out was difficult and messy. Steve added clean out access and replaced portions of the waste line. He completed the job and tested the drainage Tuesday afternoon and everything worked perfectly. For the difficulty and time involved to make the repairs I felt the service charge was very reasonable. If possible I would give Maeser and Steve 10 stars. .

  We had our tub/ shower replaced. Anna and Katie were great to guide us thru the planning process. Mike and his team were very professional, kind, friendly and completed on time. The doors were then measured and installed within two weeks. We love our shower and the accessories we chose. Thank you to the entire team that took care of us and we would refer Maeser anytime. Betty
