  Came to fix leak under house just caused that morning by a landscaper. Came in and said he couldn't get under the house because there was too much water. Recommended I call someone to get water out and make crawl space available. I called those folks and he comes back m'am there's no standing water anywhere. I thoughtdid it just sunk into the dirt!! That was Friday and its Monday ive not had any water. They charged me $800 and did nothing.

  Plumbing technician david exceeded my expectations today. He was on time, informative , not pushy, gave me options, took his time and explained things in a way I could understand. The re pipe is looking and working great! I will always go to Maeser for my home services needs! 10/10! Thanks David and team!

  An absolute absurdity. I pay monthly to be a “preferred customer” and have been treated SO shabbily. Charged me $180 to tell me the water heater was already lit! This is after 4 prior incompetent employees were (and still are) unable to fix the $40,000 systems I purchased from them. Recommend shopping anywhere else

  Would recommend staying away from Maeser's at all costs, especially as a woman. I purchased a heating and air system from them for over $7,500 and it was installed improperly. I called them back for service and told me it was installed properly and that they could move the unit further into my yard. Now they want me to pay $850 to repair as its been running incorrectly for the past 2 years. It also took over 48 hours for any manager to return my call. This company is atrocious.

  The team at Maeser did a great job setting up our new heat pump & furnace system. We have an old prefab house & it's hard to find servicemen who understand the unique needs of our home. But Cody was extremely knowledgeable about our needs, answered all our questions & helped us make an informed decision, & went above & beyond getting our financing set up. The guys that came out, Nick & Colin, fixed our ductwork & got everything installed & running in just a few hours. We are very satisfied with their work.
