  I gave 3 stars because of the price. I really liked Walker, our sales rep! He was nice and is helping with getting our repair we are still waiting on for our shower. Mad City is overpriced, might be because I live in a more rural area. I found out after that we paid 3x the price we would have paid someone local. However we got a transferable lifetime warranty, the job was done in 2 days (besides the minor repair), they kept everything clean and was very professional, and the amount includes mold repair with no added fees. For someone that has mold behind their shower it’s a great price, we didn’t really have any though. It’s okay though because I’m supposed to never get mold in my shower again so I should not ever have to do and hard cleaning when I’m old and still using it. Now if that’s not true little old lady me will be upset and that will be a different story.

  The installation of my new tub was great Aaron and Nick were professional and did great work. The company on the other hand was hard to deal with and slow to respond.

  Aaron and Nick were here promptly at 8am as scheduled. They were kind and courteous workers who never interrupted me as I worked remotely. They worked hard all day. I’m not sure they even took a lunch break. The job was completed before 4pm. My new walk in shower is beautiful and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend Aaron and Nick for any job!

  We are beyond thrilled with our new windows! The sales process was easy, quick and painless. Installation was smooth with the job site left very clean. The product itself looks fantastic and they were ready weeks ahead of the timeline we were quoted. (We signed our contract 4/22 and they were installed 5/22!) It’s the first time we’ve been able to open the windows in our home since we moved there in July last year, so over the moon is an understatement :) I added a pic of our before and after on the front elevation. Thank You so much Mad City!

  Walker was very kind to me but very rude and out of place with my husband when his answer was no to the quote given us for resurfacing our kitchen cabinets. He not only commented on things that were none of his business but directed his rudeness to my husband. We were kind enough to allow him in our home, the least he should have done was been respectful. He made the comment that he had to drive all the way here, and, being Saturday, he wasn’t getting paid for it. The company advertised free estimates and the company scheduled the visit. So, that was his problem, not ours and he had no right whatsoever taking it out on my husband. If I hadn’t heard for myself the things Walker said to my husband, I wouldn’t believe it. How dare he come into our home and show such disrespect. If he is going to get angry when a customer says no to his quote, he is in the wrong profession. Needless to say, they are not welcome into our home again.
