  Very happy with the one day installation on my tub replacement and tub to shower conversion. Aaron Johns and Guy Coleman did an excellent job and were very professional.

  Sales person in Sam’s Club. We made appointment and they never bothered to show up or call. Tried the 800 number and all i got was a “you won a medical device” recording. Did not even answer as mad city. Don’t waste your time.

  They thrive off of spam calling you until you answer. They called me 15 times in a 24 hour period despite a text message and email indicating I could call at my leisure. They were blocked immediately as they are only after a sale.

  Salesman sold me on 1 yr same as cash. I was just home from surgery and on narcotics. My first statement reflected I was charged interest. I called the salesperson and he remembered the same as cash, but has since left the company because he didn’t like the direction Mad City was going. I called customer service and a very rude mgr finally said he would look into it and get back with me. He never did.
