  I called Dauenhauer with a concern about my sump pump, and Frank Nutter came out the same day. He identified the problem-- an old back-up battery-- and the very next day he and coworker John installed a new one. The thing I appreciated most about Mr. Nutter was that he was both knowledgeable and polite, and he explained everything thoroughly. He also gave me an estimate of what the new battery and installation would cost. I highly recommend Dauenhauer and Mr. Nutter.

  I had small problem with my kitchen sink drain. I called Daunhauer Plumbing. The person that took my information was very polite and ensure me that they would take care of the problem. Ryan was the service tech that came to my house. He called me and told me he would be 25 minutes getting there in route he gets to the house. I explained to him what was going on. He took a quick look made a couple adjustment turning a nut and took care of my problem. I would use Daunhauer Plumbing for anything in the service field of plumbing heating and air. Their tech are very qualified.

  I’m pleased with the service I received today. This was my first time using Dauenhauer Plumbing. The communication was excellent letting me know my Technician was on the way and I was also informed who my Technician would be along with photo. Once Jaden arrived he introduced himself and I showed him the 2 issues I was having with 2 separate toilets. He looked at them and explained the problem to me. He was very pleasant and efficient. He got what was needed off the truck and started the repairs.

  On June 26th 2026 a tech named Hunter came to my home inspect my crawl space to identify some water leaks. He turned on my water main and identified some leaks. He gave me an estimate of $1400 to repair the leaks. He said the estimate was high because it would require digging up some pipe and replacing about 20 feet of it with PEX pipe. He would also need another tech to assist him. After stating he could do the repairs the same day he came back to my front door some 5 minutes later to let me know he wasnt able to do the job that same day due to not having another tech available nor needed parts. On Monday June 29th a tech named Jayden arrived to my home without Hunter and replaced about 15 feet of PEX pipe. The issue is he didnt fix a leak due to it being not accessible which if Hunter was with him or communicated clearly this would be known upfront. I checked the location of the leak and do believe it was accessible since I can fit in the space needed to fix it. Further more Jayden was able to complete the entire job in less than 2 hours by himself. I feel I was over charged for a partial job that was made to appear bigger than it was. Also I was charged for the full 20 feet of PEX I feel that a switch roo was played on me and that this company failed to hold up fair standards of business. I dont recommend you go with them.

  Dauenhauer Plumbing continues to impress me with their honesty, skill, and reliability. I’ve used them several times now, and every experience has been outstanding. Dauenhauer diagnosed the real problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the replacement with the level of care and competence I wish every company had. Most recently, I had a sump pump drain issue during heavy rain. I requested an appointment online that morning and they were able to come out the same afternoon. They inspected my sump pump, ran a camera through my underground drainage line to confirm it was clear, showed me exactly where it drains, and corrected the discharge so water finally flows away from the house. Their team was professional, thorough, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. This wasn’t my first great experience with them. They previously fixed two outdoor hose spigots that had been improperly repaired by my home warranty contractor, restoring the correct water flow and resolving issues that had lingered far too long. They also replaced my entire AC system after another home warranty contractor botched the installation. Every visit has been consistent: fast response times, clear communication, knowledgeable technicians, and solutions that actually solve the problem. I trust them completely and highly recommend their team.
