Asphalt Shingle replacement
This service includes tearing off your current roof down to the wood. Inspecting the wood to be sure it is in sound condition, and replacing and wood that is compromised. We then install new drip edge around the perimeter to protect the wood under the roof edges. We install new synthetic underlayment that is much better than the old felt paper. We add Ice and Water Shield to valleys and other "leak points" such as vents and chimneys. We replace all of the plumbing and air vents as well. We then replace your old shingles with high quality Owens Corning Architectural shingles with a wind rating of 130 MPH and a 50-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty.
