Taylor came out and inspected my roof and was open and honest with me about its condition and how it still had some viable life left. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof which he could’ve easily done and I probably would’ve bit on. He assured me that it still had some life. That right there is the essence of character. If I was looking for a new roof, this is the company I would go with.

We chose Christian Brothers Roofing based on strong reviews, BBB accreditation, and reputation, despite being more expensive than other companies. Roof installed on 04/21/2026. Crew completed the job in one day and cleaned up well. One worker urinated behind the barn, which was unprofessional. Gutters and gutter guards installed on 04/23/2026. Work was completed quickly and cleanup appeared good. After the first storm, I personally inspected the gutter guards and found several sections that were not properly secured or flush, leaving visible gaps where debris could get underneath. Concerned that quality control and final inspections may not have been properly completed, especially since subcontracted crews performed the work. An appointment was initially scheduled for 05/01/2026 to address the issue, but we were unable to connect that day. On 05/14/2026, Christian Brothers Roofing returned to correct the gutter guard issues and inspect the roof installation. We do appreciate the company ultimately coming back to address the concerns and inspect the work. We simply wish the communication and follow-up process had been smoother after payment was made in full.

From the first call in to the company to the final payment, the personnel throughout were exceptional. From the receptionists, to sales, to the installers and everyone in between each and everyone was professional, friendly and followed through with their tasks exactly as they said they would. A truly great experience and a job well done. The finished job looks fantastic.

I want to share some of the pictures of the damage Christian Brothers did to our house. Some of the damage has been repaired. The damage in the first picture of the 4" aluminum duct was caused by the company when they pulled the old goose neck vent off the roof. The salesman Clay Baldwin did not inform me that their crews do not go into the attics. So how would they know if the vent is connected to a duct? When the crew was leaving my wife approached them and thanked them and offered freshly baked chocolate cookies. They then said they needed to go into the attic to fix something. The first picture shows that they used a piece of rolled up flashing and blued painters tape for their shoddy repair. They came down and told my wife that it was a good repair. I had to replace the duct myself and the company did not offer any compensation. I expect some damage but what bothers me is that the company did not self report the damage to me. Is that the integrity, honesty and transparency they claim on their website? Its always been difficult to get Christian Brothers to come back to our house to correct problems the caused, and it takes months. Devon Martin is the Operations Manager. On their website Devon says that she ensures that every project meets the company's high standards. She only looked at the roof from the ground and said the job looked great, and wanted me to write a review. I told her that was not a good idea because I had gone into the attic and found serious problems. I wanted to give them a chance to take care of the issues. After that I started looking at the exterior of the house and went on the roof with 2 foam cushions and found more bad shingles. 7 months since the job and we still have some shingles that the crew damaged. Some of these don't show with a cell phone picture but you can see them well by looking at them on the roof. Devon wants me to contact Owens Corning to see if there is something they will cover? But Owens Corning told me they don't cover installation errors. We have a 10/12 steep roof but I went up on the roof and marked the bad shingles with white chalk to help the company out. I had texted my project manager Clay Baldwin in advance to please take care of the marked shingles and suggested that he have the workers look for other possible damaged shingles so we could finally be done with it all. My wife was there to point out the areas. But the men were told to only do what was on the work order Clay created. Clay Baldwin had a lot of time to inform me that this would be the case. I was surprised and disappointed so I then asked them to replace the few remaining shingles. Devon and Clay have said that they have gone above and beyond and that they are not going to do it. Devon also said my warranty will not go into effect until I pay the small remaining balance. In my view the roofing job has not been completed. And all of this over 30 minutes of work when the men were already on the job. The owner Aaron Jenkens emailed me today May 13 2026 that the period for any claims on a Christian Brother roofing job is 3 days post completion and that my roof has no warranty from him or Owens Corning now.

Austin performed a thorough roof inspection and provided honest, transparent feedback. This is not a company that looks for excuses to push homeowners into filing claims. Their assessments are reasonable, realistic, and genuinely in the customer’s best interest. It’s refreshing to work with a roofing company you can truly trust.
