  Micheal has done a fabulous job fixing our system. A technician from a different company told us we needed to replace two units for a total of $38,000. Michael diagnosed the problems and fix them for around $2,000. We had another issue a month later. Micheal came out on July 3rd and fixed our problem quickly. I highly recommend Micheal and Chapman Heating and Cooling.

  We had a last minute outage of our air conditioning, and despite our best efforts, we couldn't get it to reset. One of their guys came out the same night and got it all fixed. Replace the capacitor and cleaned things out. They were very straightforward with how long this fix is expected to work And we're very professional, despite it being laid in the day. They really pulled us out of the fire, pun intended.

  Our Trane compressor went bad, Chapman diagnosed the issue and got a new unit installed quickly. Michael was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Chapman was great about communicating to schedule appointments, and they were always on time.

  I didn’t have the best experience with the first technician that came out to service our units (he was only a month on the job), however after a phone call to the office, they scheduled another technician to come out a couple days later. Mike was great…he was knowledgeable, professional and answered all questions I had. Chapman rectified the situation and ensured my complete satisfaction.

  Highly recommend. When you call, you go straight to a person, and in my experience it's always the same lovely, knowledgeable, helpful person. It feels like a company that knows and is there to support their customers. Annual inspections are easy to schedule. You get reminders, and you can get on the schedule quickly. Appointment times are 2 hour windows, which makes it easier to fit predictably into the day. High quality work, knowledgeable technicians. These are HVAC professionals, not salespeople. I switched to Chapman from a company where I felt like they were always trying to upsell me, so Chapman has been a welcome change.
