  To everyone, I had a problem with my AC—the water was dripping because the drain pipe was clogged. They came out, but they refused to climb onto the roof to check or fix the problem. They left without telling me or fixing anything. Later, I received a bill from my landlord, and I had to pay for the repair myself. I’m sharing my experience so everyone can be careful when choosing this company. Please be aware!

  Michael was prompt, polite and patient in explaining the system problems and possible solutions. He was patient & thorough in answering both technical and no -technical questions. Good guy who is easy to talk to.

  Micheal has done a fabulous job fixing our system. A technician from a different company told us we needed to replace two units for a total of $38,000. Michael diagnosed the problems and fix them for around $2,000. We had another issue a month later. Micheal came out on July 3rd and fixed our problem quickly. I highly recommend Micheal and Chapman Heating and Cooling.

  We had a last minute outage of our air conditioning, and despite our best efforts, we couldn't get it to reset. One of their guys came out the same night and got it all fixed. Replace the capacitor and cleaned things out. They were very straightforward with how long this fix is expected to work And we're very professional, despite it being laid in the day. They really pulled us out of the fire, pun intended.
