  After discovering significant cracks in our foundation and brick work, Case Foundation was able to quickly come out and install foundational piers as well as a new and improved gutter drainage system to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I highly recommend Case Foundation. Great work and great people!

  Paul Franklin changed out my sump pump back up battery 7/15/26. He went above and beyond what was needed. He is very personal and professional. Enjoyed seeing him again!

  We had waterproofing work done in our home by Case in 2003 and 2005. We had a concern that the system might not be working properly because our sump pump didn't go on as much as it usually does after the recent heavy rains. As per our "life-time guarantee", Paul came out and inspected the sump pump and determined that our recent drought contributed to very little water coming into the system and pump. Everything looked good! How refreshing to have a company that not only stands up to it's life-time guarantee, but doesn't try to sell us on anything that is not truly needed. I know that if we have any issues in the future, they will be here to resolve them. Case is a tried and true reliable company!

  Isaiah from Case Foundations inspected our home and crawlspace, and I can’t express enough positive things about our experience. After a thorough inspection, he assured me that there were no foundation issues. Instead, he explained it was normal expansion and contraction due to weather changes, along with interior flooring issues, so no foundation repairs were necessary. In contrast, two other companies that performed inspections with estimates ranging from $4,000 to $16,000. Saying piers and encapsulation were needed. Hearing Isaiah’s straightforward and honest evaluation was a significant relief. It’s refreshing to find there are still companies that operate with integrity and genuinely prioritize their customers’ well-being. We are incredibly grateful for Isaiah’s honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Case Foundations to anyone who is experiencing or concerned about potential foundation issues.
