  They are an amazing business to work with, they are extremely professional and I needed some 6 inch black cove base on short notice and they stayed open late just to let my partner come pick it up. I will buy any flooring materials from them exclusively. No one in town had it but them. Amazing business. Christian Robinson was the employee that helped us. This man needs a raise!

  The process with Carpet Mart from beginning to end was smooth and easy. Jocylin was excellent to work with during the sales process and worked with us to determine the best brand and price point for our budget. The installation team came within two weeks and completed the entire project in a day. Mike, Alex, and Devyn walked us through any potential issues and even corrected some issues that were in place from a previous carpet installation. We highly recommend Carpet Mart!

  Recently purchased carpet and installation for two rooms and had a wonderful experience. Our sales person Christian was very informative and helpful in ensuring that we had the right product for our job and answered all the questions we had to make sure we were happy. The installation team of Mike, Alex, and Devyn were great with the installation and ensuring that things looked the way they should, they arrived on time and got the job done. They even referred us back to Carpet Mart to have our doors properly trimmed and not mess up the newly installed carpet. If we need carpet in the future, we would make Carpet Mart our first stop.

  I’m looking for the 6th Star but I can’t find one. Everyone on the CarpetMart team has been exceptional! From Jocelyn in sales for all of her great insight and endless patience as we walked through our options To Aaron with his friendliness and attention to detail in the pre-installation planning where he even came out for multiple visits to make 100% certain that the plan was perfect so that we the exact right amount of carpeting - not too much so that we didn’t spend more than we needed but not too little so that the end product was perfect. To Mike, Alex and Devyn for their amazing work on the installation and their sincere courtesy when working in our home. Can’t thank you all enough!

  Awesome Team at Carpet Mart!! We had old carpet ripped out and new LVP Flooring installed.We couldn't be happier with the care and commitment they made. We were concerned with making the correct selection as we were trying to complement an adjoining room that had hardwood floors. Their knowledge from showroom to estimator (home visit) to installer and check-ins along the way were so welcome! It is very difficult to find a source that truly cares about the customer. But I can honestly say Carpet Mart checks the boxes for all counts. Actually felt like a valued customer!! Would not hesitate to recommend or revisit any needs with Carpet Mart.
