  It’s time for the owner or corporate office to seriously reconsider the current staff, including Manager Kevin. I don’t know about other customers’ experiences, but mine with Kevin and Jenatta was absolutely horrible. We were sold low-quality cabinets while being charged for higher-quality products. When we discovered the issue and contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us. Thankfully, we have all the evidence showing what product we actually ordered. They then asked us to pay even more money. When we decided to cancel the order because of their mistake, they still tried to charge us a restocking fee, even though we had already paid the delivery fee and the mistake was completely on their side. This entire experience has been a huge waste of time and extremely frustrating. Cabinets To Go should consider bringing back experienced employees who actually care about customer service and business reputation. At this point, I am also considering seeking legal assistance regarding the false information, wasted time, and misleading sales practices.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I received the wrong cabinets after placing my order, and the entire process has been frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Honestly, it feels like a scam. The customer service from Jenatta and Manager Kevi was very disappointing. Mistakes were made on their end, yet they blamed the customer instead of handling the situation professionally. On top of that, they asked me to pay a restocking fee even though the mistake was theirs, and I already paid the delivery fee. If they cannot apologize and provide my original order, I will have to consider taking legal action.

The service from Jenatta at the front desk was very disappointing. Mistakes were made on their end, yet the blame was placed on the customer instead of resolving the issue professionally. If they cannot apologize and provide my original order, I will have to consider taking legal action.

  I have nothing but great things to say about the Louisville office of Cabinets to Go! Kevin was awesome to work with - very patient with me and my changes! We are re-doing a kitchen in a small cottage in southern Michigan. Kevin worked with me in Louisville on the plan (and made great suggestions to make better what I had in my mind), arranged for measurements, and even installation. Cabinets delivered in Michigan in a timely manner, with great communication from the delivery team so that I could have someone there to let them into the house.To top it off, Kevin calleld to let me know that something I had thought about purchasing (but didn't) was on sale, in case I wanted to change my mind -- I did! Overall GREAT experience (and my second time purchasing from CTG in Louisville).
