  The management team, led by Kevin and Johnetta, has been extremely unprofessional and lacks accountability. A significant mistake was made on their end, yet the responsibility is being shifted to customers rather than being addressed appropriately. Corporate leadership should review this situation and consider bringing back experienced management and staff before the business suffers further decline.

  My husband and I purchased a vanity set for his restroom. Once it arrived the cabinet was misaligned. We took the product back and they changed us a 25% restocking fee. I reached out to several people as it related to being charged for faulty equipment. I understand changing me if we changed our minds, but charging us because of faulty equipment is robbery. Customer service is not important to them. Because who sells broken products and charge a restocking fee because you return broken products….

  Cabinets To Go has gone downhill under Kevin’s management. The staff refuses to take responsibility for their own mistakes and instead blames customers. Johnetta at the front desk clearly needs better training. Instead of fixing their errors, they tried charging me extra for their own mess. Extremely unprofessional management and terrible customer service.

  Most of the management at Cabinets To Go needs improvement. Under Kevin’s management, this place is going drastically downhill. They cannot accept their own mistakes and instead blame the customers. Even Johnetta at the front desk needs more training. She makes mistakes on her end and then blames customers for them. Kevin did not handle the situation professionally or smoothly. Instead, he asked me to pay an extra amount for a mistake made by their team. Please address these issues individually or bring the previous manager back before this location completely falls apart.

  this was the absolute worst purchase I ever made! These people, from store to installers to headquarters do not give one shred of care to their customers, especially if you have paid them in full! It has been 4 months and all I can say is they are liars , thieves, and incompetent. They do not callback or even text, even not answering their phones. They still won't get my quarter round to me! i have had to pay a plumber 2 extra times to do my sinks due to THEIR incompetence on top of paying more for my countertops because THEY broke my original ones! Not my fault either! No wonder they had to sell the business! After the reply from "Owner" the customer service rep said they will Not be installing, delivering nor any warranty on my left items to do! Doesnt matter i have paid for Everything and then some! Again so much for wanting to give their best!
