Their installer Jeremiah does excellent work and has helped us with some curtains when he came to install our custom blinds. Their products and people are exactly what you want in a local business. We highly recommend them.

This was NO fault of Blinds Direct - but instead an unfortunate circumstance related to timing of tariffs impacting supply. Net - the problem was identified and Blinds Direct did the RIGHT thing by replacing at no cost. And Jeremiah was timely, communicative, flexible in scheduling, and a true expert and professional in the installation of the replacements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLINDS DIRECT AND JEREMIAH!

Their products and customer service should speak for themselves if they are a reputable company. Speaking negatively about every other company in the business is a waste of their time and mine.
