- CZCathy ZionAug 3, 20265.0Love Blinds Direct! We had Plantation blinds installed throughout our house about 15 years ago. Over the past couple of months, I've had to return when one broke including when I dropped the blind. In each case, they repaired it with no charge. You don't get that kind of quality and customer service anymore.
- DFdebbie farrisJul 14, 20265.0I recommend this place highly! Amber is the best from customer service and helping me select the blinds I needed. After the blinds were installed I just love them! Even the installer was super nice! Shop and buy local!
- ALAmanda LoehleJun 27, 20265.0We have worked with Blinds Direct 3 separate times in the last 4 years. Dana is a great saleswoman- never pushy and always helpful and friendly. Their installer Jeremiah does excellent work and has helped us with some curtains when he came to install our custom blinds. Their products and people are exactly what you want in a local business. We highly recommend them.
- WKWilliam KozielSep 15, 20234.0Haven't received order as of this time
- DRDanny RoseSep 24, 20192.0We initially called Blinds Direct looking to put shutters in our home but decided not to do business with them because of how unprofessional and critical their sales rep was of other competition in the area. Their products and customer service should speak for themselves if they are a reputable company. Speaking negatively about every other company in the business is a waste of their time and mine.
