This was NO fault of Blinds Direct - but instead an unfortunate circumstance related to timing of tariffs impacting supply. Net - the problem was identified and Blinds Direct did the RIGHT thing by replacing at no cost. And Jeremiah was timely, communicative, flexible in scheduling, and a true expert and professional in the installation of the replacements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLINDS DIRECT AND JEREMIAH!

Their products and customer service should speak for themselves if they are a reputable company. Speaking negatively about every other company in the business is a waste of their time and mine.
