  Terrific service from Blackburn & Davis. They quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system as a faulty blower motor. They had the part in a local warehouse and scheduled the same day to replace it. The two technicians were friendly and polite. They looked over the system to make sure there were no other red flags or issues after completing the repair in only an hour. Their service was great and was a reasonable price, especially when it was one of the hottest days of the year. I would gladly call them again for my future HVAC or plumbing needs.

  We’ve been using Blackburn and Davis for close to 15yrs. Knowable and professional staff. Justin was wonderful, and our most recent technician, but they are all great! We even had our hot water heater go out on Xmas eve, and they came to fix it! Highly recommend for all your plumbing and hvac needs!

  Today Blackburn and Davis were at my mother's home installing two faucets and she was blown away at the level of professionalism and knowledge justin showed her while working. Kind, courteous and took the time to explain the hows and whys of what he was doing. Thank you justin and the Blackburn team!

  We have been very pleased with the service of Blackburn and Davis but today I had the best experience with your technician Justin. I ended up having a very complicated repair which took a lot of perseverance Justin found the problem and saved me from having to get a new toilet. Extremely polite and very skilled. I could not be more pleased especially with Justin
