  My husband and I accepted an offer on our house we are selling. The buyers requested for some repairs to be made by a licensed plumber. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was recommended to us. Justin gave us an estimate for the work which accepted. Justin arrived on time to perform the work and did everything in a neat and professional manner. He checked with me several times during the few hours that he was here to make sure that I was satisfied with the work he was doing so far. He was polite, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone looking to have work done especially if you are able to have Justin do the work. He alone is worth a five-star review!

  Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the copper water lines throughout my entire house to the newest pex. They also replaced some of the drainage pipes from cast iron to pvc. Unlike these big plumbing companies owned by conglomerates this is a local franchise owned by honest people still willing to work hard for a reasonable price. Sean, Justin, & Anthony are great people to work with. I would highly recommend them.

  Justin did an outstanding job servicing my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived prepared, diagnosed the issue quickly. I really appreciated his attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust in your home. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a great plumber. Excellent service and a job well done!

  Anthony from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out today to find out why my bathroom faucet wasn’t working. He figured it out immediately and it was a clogged aerator. I live in Charlestown Indiana and hate the water here. Very hard water Anthony said. He was one of the nicest and most professional person I have ever met. He is a Master Plumber with 25 years experience. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody to please give them a call when dealing with plumbing problems. Anthony thanks again for coming over and fixing my faucet and was kind enough to only charge me a service fee of 50.00. 👍😊 And thank you so much for our talk today. Made my day!!
