  Nolan was fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and quickly figured out where our sewer gas issue was coming from. He performed a smoke test, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Nolan if you need a reliable plumber!

  Seems to be a great company.... Reasonably priced and not pushy. Nolan reviewed my options and let me know which of my issues was of the most priority. He will be sending me estimates on some other work I would like done. I will use them again.

  Our kitchen drain was clogged. I tried the easy fixes like removing the P-trap. No luck. Nolan from Benjamin Franklin came and ran the augur and his diagnostic camera and got rid of the clog. He also checked our water to see if we had hard water. All in all a great experience and a great price.
