    The AFS crew was very professional. They knocked out Crawlspace encapsulation in 2 days. Couple days after that, I had a Technician Replace my Internet fiber optics and he said that that’s the best looking Crawlspace he had seen. Thank you Kayode.

    Rating the AFS Crew, that installed my waterproofing system(Tyler, Nate, and Nathan) on a scale of 1-10, I have to give them an 11, 12 or higher rating! This team was/is very professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and extremely hard working. This team’s work is their signature, and they know it!! They go over and beyond the call of duty, very impressive! Tyler walked me through the process step by step. He always found time to answer any/all of my questions, and addressed any/all concerns, no matter how big or small. Now, I call that GREAT Customer Satisfaction! This is a messy job, dust, debris, and disarray, but this team keeps it all at a minimum. Tyler cares about the safety of his team, and takes all precautions to keep them safe, as well as the home owner, and home owner’s contents. They did an awesome clean up job, as well!! I’d invite this entire crew back for Sunday dinner, including Kris, my sales Rep… I’ve had an awesome experience with AFS… I will happily refer others! Thank you!

    AFS was fantastic! Very easy to work with and resolved all my issues within my crawlspace. AFS sent out Alan McConnell to come and evaluate the situation. Allan McConnell was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He arranged everything and we ended up getting the crawlspace treated and cleaned of the mold issue, and had the whole crawlspace encapsulated to prevent any further issues. The entire job was done and completed extremely well and also very quickly thanks to Allan and his great team! Thank you all. I great appreciated it!

    The installation team performed well. They arrived, completed the work, and kept us informed about their progress, which left us impressed. The salesperson is a different matter. After the sale, getting a response to my texts felt like pulling teeth. He claimed he would be onsite at completion to verify the work but never appeared. AFS earns a five-star review because of the installation crew.
