  Our service technician Chris was top notch! Not only was he very knowledgeable in his trade but beyond personable. He made it his mission to see that I was kept in the loop of how the problem with my AC unit was going to be resolved with all the steps involved.   Chris and Tihon were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure my AC issue was resolved. We went from thinking we might not have AC for a few days or even longer, to them coordinating with the boss at A1 to get a new unit to get the new parts needed to fix it. 100% recommend them for any HVAC needs you have! Also gained a great deal of knowledge on how the system works and maintaining my HVAC system to efficiently comfort my home. Thanks Chris and Tihon! My family is truly grateful!

  Very happy with their services. The technician who replaced our unit was very knowledgeable, polite and quick to get the job done. The price was lower than most if not all other comparable companies. I would definitely recommend.
