  This was the first time I had one of your workers come out and actually clean my air conditioner unit. It was covered in dust and grim to the Extent where you are unable to see the metal . The gentleman that cleaned my unit noticed, it appeared it had never been clean. Unfortunately I’ve never seen anyone clean it before either. Also, when your representative came out, he was not given the proper filter for my FURNACE.. Which means he was unable to complete his job. With that, the gentleman who came out was efficient, however, he was concerned that he did not have the correct filter to complete his job.

  Definitely had no complaints from start to finish. From sales to install date everyone was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend giving them a chance. New system works and sounds great. Brad did a great job from the sales side and very personal and professional. Tanner was professional, great and knowledgeable. Definitely a great team they have there.

  I’ve had ongoing issues with A+ Derr Heating & Cooling since getting a new system installed in October 2025. Right out of the box, the AC unit had a defective part. When they came out to fix it, they showed up unannounced without ever scheduling the visit with me. Unfortunately, I also trusted them to install a mini split system in my home in March, which I now regret. Less than a month after installation, it has begun rattling loudly at medium and higher speeds—something that was not happening before. Fast forward to this month for my first routine A/C unit maintenance, and the same problems continue. The maintenance was not properly completed—the outdoor condenser was still full of leaves and debris from last fall. That’s basic service that should have been done. When I tried to follow up, I was told they would call to schedule a return visit. Instead, they once again showed up unannounced without confirming anything. On top of that, I was told the unit had been cleaned, which simply isn’t true—you can clearly see debris still sitting in the unit. I was also told a manager would call me back, which never happened. I also sent an email to customer care last week outlining all of these concerns and received no response. At this point, it’s a clear pattern: unannounced visits, incomplete work, poor communication, and no accountability when issues are raised. It genuinely feels like they don’t care about their customers once the install is done.
