  Specifically asked the technician if they changed the filter. Responded with a yes. Checked filter myself and verified it had not been changed due to the previous writing the date and name on the filter. Would not recommend.

  I responded to BOGO offer on Facebook from A+Derr. I was first told there would be a $99 charge for tech to come out to discuss. I told them “never mind”. A few minutes later i got a text from someone @ A+Derr stating that charge will not be levied, so I said ok. Tech was supposed to be here between 10-12, but he called @ 11:41 to ask if was ok to come out now as he had finished up a job early. I told him he was supposed to be here between 10-12, which is already at end of my window. He said he would be out in 15 minutes. When tech got here the quote was $1179 for two Am. Standard Champion Pro toilets installed. I asked him where the BOGO price came in. He said normal fee is $859 (I think) for one toilet installed. I guess that rate is just their going rate. I told him I can get same toilet installed @ Lowes for $513, but he said A+Derr uses the Champion Pro, which is different than Lowes Champion. Bottom line is I can get two toilets from Lowes installed for $1026 vs. $1179 from A+Derr. I decided to use Lowes. BTW I just got the same toilet @ Lowes on sale last year for $199 and installed it myself. I am not trying to speak unkindly about Paul (tech) as he just did his job. I’m sure he has no control on pricing, but I thought when I saw the BOGO ad from A+Derr I thought it sounded too good to be true. Looks like that is exactly what it was. I find this company a little misleading. I put in Google review the price was over $1000, which is true had I purchased the toilets, but unfortunately I did not get to do business with A+Derr

  I was very happy with Jordyn. He was very friendly and helpful and did a good job. I would recommend A + Derr for any of your Air conditioning and Heating problems you are having. We have had hours for a couple of years and they have done a good job a good job of taking care of it. So thank you

  A/C went on the fritz just a couple of days before it was supposed to get hot. Terrible timing! I did a quick assessment and feared the worst: that our compressor was fail or a major leak. The first place I called said that three days out was the soonest they could get to me. The second place didn't return my call. A+Derr had me scheduled for the very next morning. Lafonzo came out and did a quick diagnosis and came back with great news! It was just the capacitor - probably the least expensive of all potential issues. They could have easily convinced me that it was a lot more than that and I wouldn't have much choice but to shell out a few thousand dollars. I highly recommend! Especially if you're lucky enough to get Lafonzo!

  I would not recommend A+ Derr. The HVAC unit they installed in my home was not installed correctly. From the start, it repeatedly shut off and failed to function properly. I had multiple service visits, and each time I was told everything was “fine,” despite the ongoing issues. It was eventually discovered that a component in the unit had cracked, which led to mold developing in my home. This is a serious issue that could have been avoided if the installation had been done properly or if my concerns had been taken seriously earlier. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. After this was discovered, I made multiple attempts to contact management and have received no response. At this point, the issue is not just the quality of the work, but the company’s unwillingness to address a significant problem they were involved in. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely communication or meaningful resolution.
