    Extremely responsive team! Tyler P came out just 10 minutes after I called on a weekend. Ours was a big job that required multiple visits to resolve a sequence of unrelated problems. Tyler P did the bulk of diagnostics/repair. Very pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and ability to explain what's going on. Cody B and another Tyler installed a new furnace unit. Impressed with how they took time to engage my son to explain their work. Very grateful to the whole team!

    I was very pleasantly surprised to have such good service in taking care of all my concerns with my home HVAC system. Austin was very knowledgeable, considerate, patient and respectful. I am so happy to feel that the issues were all addressed correctly and handled perfectly. Austin knew what needed attention and took care of it!! I very much appreciate my cooling system up and running smoothly thanks to his attention and expertise. Thank you again! I would recommend this company to anyone. Jarrod was also especially attentive and encouraging when answering my call.

    Henry was awesome. Came out the next day after Matt came out the first day. Matt thought we had fixed the problem and it seemed so but something else happened shortly after. Matt text me personally to apologize and was confident Henry would do the job and he did! Both acted very professional and easy to talk and work with. I’d like to think that pricing was fair as well. Would recommend to anyone in the Lexington area. Thank you Henry and Matt you are greatly appreciated.

    My mom had a membership with another company, and we felt uneasy about the whole interaction. We called SOCO and it was a STARK difference. Henry came out and took a look at the unit, and between him and Phillip at SOCO, she has cancelled her membership at the other company, and moved to SOCO. I’ll be doing the same at my house. Henry was straight forward and only wanted what was best for us. Talk about best in class service. I’d give 6 stars if I could. To have a company come out and give you ease of mind, AND have the best prices, we will be sticking with them for sure.

    My interaction with these guys was among the most uncomfortable and unprofessional I recall having. I scheduled an appointment online a few weeks ago on behalf of friends who were out of the country. The tech came out and was helpful, sent videos. He offered a repair for $641 but said it would not fix the problem or else I would’ve paid him on the spot to do it. He also sent a few options for replacing the entire HVAC system. I let him know the owners would be back later in the week and I would forward the quotes on to them but it’s ultimately their decision. I immediately paid the $65 service fee. The homeowners came home and got additional quotes. They ultimately went with a quote that was $900 cheaper than their lowest option. Neither here nor there, as every company is obliged to charge whatever they want and a lot of factors play into pricing. Fast-forward a couple of weeks and an AC went down at one of my rental units. Because I thought I had a good experience with this company and wanted to give them business, I scheduled another appointment online around 6am for the afternoon. The tech called me on his way to the house and asked about the previous house and I said they went a different direction. A couple of minutes later, I received a phone call from an unknown number. I don’t even know who called me (owner? Manager?) I just know he was very angry and scolding, he accused me of repeatedly calling them and getting multiple bids from them and then not using them for the work—he told me I was disloyal and they “only work for loyal customers”. I said I had called them one time and they quoted an entire system, which to me seems reasonable to get multiple bids on that big of an investment. Did I mention I paid their service fee for their time?? At this point, I was so taken aback with this bizarre and angry phone call that I didn’t feel comfortable having them on property, but he let me know he was calling off the tech (who was en route) because I “wasn’t loyal.” Had I known scheduling them for a service call was a loyalty test (?) I would never have called them. For my rental, I called another company who sent someone right away. He was helpful, fixed everything, I paid him on the spot. I hesitate to leave negative reviews but my husband, who sold his hvac business in Indy a couple of years ago, said this interaction was so out of line for the industry that I needed to. I have to believe this was a bad day or some sort of misunderstanding as I see most of their reviews are positive. I’m still perplexed by my experience.
