  General Contractor here; We were dealing with a leaking synthetic slate roof that was installed improperly. I called five different reputable companies, two of which weren't comfortable working on this type of roof. Out of the three that came out only Noah from Reliable Residential Roofing even got on the roof to inspect. This was a tall two-story home with a flat roof (2/12). Noah identified four areas of concern that the other two companies that came out couldn't/didn't identify with their drones. Not only did Noah inspect the roof, but he also put a temporary vent boot over a vent and cleared minor debris as part of his inspection. His quote was right in line with the only other quote we received but for a better product. Save yourself some hassle and call Noah at Reliable Residential Roofing!

  I have used RRR for decades. Specifically my latest roof, gutters replacement and fascia, soffit repairs: all work was just completed and inspected. Superbly organized process and excellent customer relations. Superb guidance with product choices. RRR has always been the correct choice.

  I will use Reliable Residential Roofing for the rest of my life. They are A+++. They've done roofing and guttering for me, as well as roofing for my mother. Their Lead Estimator is Joran Fuller and, simply put, he is wonderful. Once I asked Joran to come for what I thought was a problem with a gutter, Joran inspected it thoroughly, and told me why it was not a problem--all for no charge. This is so important for this kind of company: That you can trust them to tell you exactly what's wrong and what isn't wrong. As well, they always communicate reliably, stick to their estimate, perform the job on the date scheduled, and clean up beautifully. You truly could not ask for a better company and personnel. Reliable Residential Roofing is exceptional!
