  Used Overhead door in the past for rentals and our own house, and they were great. Not now. Now they have a sketchy business practice.They tell you one price, but then it ends up being a completely different (much higher price), even though they already know what is wrong with the door (because there aren't that many things that go wrong with garage doors when it is trying to lift some but can't) It had been some years and I forgot that fact. So let me do you a favor-- If your garage door spring is separated like in the photo: the spring is broken. You should replace both sides, because if the other one isnt broken yet, it will break soon. Then call Amzac Garage Door Company instead. They are fast reliable and do a great job for a reasonable price. Overhead Door charged me $115 for the pleasure of falling for their 'bait and switch' style business practice. Even with paying that visit fee, it was still less expensive to go with Amzac than to pay for Overhead Doors new estimated cost. Also the principle of it made me not want to conduct business with them. So while they weren't very helpful in doing anything useful, Overhead Doors was super fast and persistent about making sure I paid their visit charge, calling me a couple times within the hour to collect their service fee. They didn't bother to email me an invoice, so now I have to call them back. Don't waste your time and money.

  Great service, nice clean facility and large parking lot.... Google takes you to the entrance before so take it down one more to the right to pull into their shop

  Please know how much I appreciate a company like Overhead Door as they have "saved" me again from having to buy a new garage door. Trust is imperative in choosing a company especially in a time of panic and confusion so I called my previous company to assist me. Also an added feature of this recommendation, it was such a prompt response to my voice mail left over the holiday weekend. Before 9 AM they responded to my voice mail and had it completed before 12:30pm. Don was so prompt and then evaluated and completed the work within an hour WITHOUT having to install a new door. Thank you to Overhead Door for being there when it matters and giving customers a huge sense of trust and reliability.

  Our company and us personally have used overhead door for several years. For our business they installed a total of 6 garage doors and four commercial openers. Installed two garage doors on our shop at home. Installed a gate for our driveway entrance. Not mention service work too. They have been purchased and their rates have more than doubled. They lost a customer today and I feel like many more will follow. Good bye

  Company quoted $180-$270 on the phone after given the garage door size and broken spring. Once technician came they said it would be $336. I had two other companies that could've done it the same day and for cheaper. When I called the business he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when we had just spoken the day prior. He said springs could cost different amounts etc when he'd given me the high end range of $270🙄.
