- SGStephanie Gaiser2 days ago2.0I had constant dripping in shower and technician that came charged us over $400 and did not fix it (said he replaced cartridge and shower head). He recommended having to bust in the wall and replace a valve. I got a second opinion and they put in a new cartridge and it immediately stopped dripping. The other company said the cartridge they took out was not a new one (which has only been in there three days and showed a lot of wear and tear). I had a good experience with Kings Helper until this experience but now I don’t think I could trust them again.
