They are great and honest and have exceptional installers and ethics. Thank you Kevin’s carpet for sending Sam to my house after a heavy rain which i was afraid had ruined my carpet in the walk out basement they put in eight years ago. Sam was able to repad and restretch the carpet and it is looking brand new again saving me a bundle of money. Kevin’s carpet could have advised me to put in new carpet but they didn’t so I am a grateful and loyal customer for future installs.

Had a really excellent experience getting replacement carpet here! From purchase, to installation and everything between; everything turned out great. We even had an issue with the initial carpet being put on backorder but they quickly fixed that by finding an alternative version of the same carpet that was available more quickly. Really happy with the results, and the floor is so much more clean and comfortable to walk on.

Helpful in selecting the right carpet for our space, great service and installation! They even bound the remnant for use to use as a throw rug in another room! Highly recommend!

We have been loyal customers of Kevin's Carpets for over 20 years because of their fine products, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. We have purchased and had them install floor and wall tile, hardwood flooring and wall-to-wall carpeting. It's always a pleasure working with Diana and her staff and we can count on her to give us a fair deal. We will be happy to be returning customers for any projects that come up in the future.

I was very excited and happy to get our new carpet and wood flooring from Kevin's carpets. The entire house was completed in less than 3 days. The workers did an excellent job and moved our furniture and cleaned up as they went. THANK YOU!!!
