He also Thoroughly examine our HVAC to ensure that everything else was working properly and took time to answer my questions. I called Greenbox on Monday and Vance was here the next morning. Our initial estimating & budgeting experience with Scott Nelson was detailed and accurate and the final price was exactly what we agreed to originally. Xavier Salazar and Caddo Downs did a fantastic job on the installation end. It’s well thought out, and was neatly and efficiently done. Those guys were great! Ted Kiser did a fantastic job coordinating the install, and accomidating our changing schedule. He also handled the final start-up and check out of the generator. He was detailed & thorough in explaining the operation and maintenance of our generator. Overall, this was a great experience!
