  Shaun did a remarkable job attending to my list of plumbing needs in a very friendly and professional way! He outdid himself replacing one toilet with a new one that just happened to be on the second floor! I would certainly recommend Green Box and their knowledgeable employees for all their HVAC and plumbing services!

  I needed a new hot water heater and plumbing fixtures installed. Alec was an excellent technician. He was professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He did a great job with the installation and answering all of my questions. Hailey in the office was wonderful. She communicated timely and was very helpful. Great service!

  Braden showed up within his designated window, when he arrived I showed him inside the house were he asked a few questions regarding my HVAC system, he then proceeded to do his job, I showed him the location and left him to do his thing, when he was done let me know everything was OK, reset everything, we shook hands and he left Braden has been here before and is very knowledgeable and courteous

  Greenbox installed our entire upstairs system in 2020. This year we began having a recurring issue related to the condensation drainage that caused the unit to shut off for days at a time. Their team made 3 visits to our home to make sure that it was taken care of and ultimately ended up re-working some of their original installation that was not optimized the first time. At a time when customer service and standing behind quality work is more the exception than the rule, I appreciate and respect that GreenBox does!

  I consider it a duty to save customers’ money and time. Two years ago , I had green box install a brandnew A/C unit in my townhome. That unit has never worked properly. Not cooling at all. When I first called they wanted to charge me $99 to for checkup . The technician put some gas and said there was a leak. And told me I had to schedule gas leak detection for another $350 for a system that has warranty. I remember one of the technicians that installed it , did not even talk the entire installation. .I am still paying Setvice finance $165 a month for something that doesn’t work . As a believer, false testimony is among the biggest sins. Run away slfrom this company please otherwise you are going to lose your money Elhadji
