  I had a great experience with Greenbox. Andrew was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. He made sure I understood the condition of my system, how often it should be maintained, and the services that Greenbox offers. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to educate their customers instead of rushing through the job. I would definitely recommend Andrew and Greenbox to anyone looking for honest, quality service. I thought the price was very reasonable too!

  Today Matthew came to see if he could figure out why our upstairs Water Furnace geothermal unit was not working. I will start by saying that I have never met a more learned tech ever. He not only managed to get the unit to work properly, he gave me a detailed tutorial on everything he found as he went along. I was FLOORED by his knowledge. He reset things on the unit that were NEVER properly set since we have owned it. The unit is over 12 years old and now is working better than it has ever worked. I would recommend Green Box to anyone that has a geothermal unit. The techs are the most thorough and knowledgeable ones I have encountered as of yet!!

  We just bought a brand new AC unit at the end of April from here. Yes, April 2026. It’s been struggling in this heat wave (which is kinda crazy but ok), but today it’s been in the mid 80s in our upstairs. We call to try to get an emergency appointment, knowing it’s a holiday weekend, so it might be hard. The AI agent wouldn’t connect us to a real person no matter what. We called at 8 pm, not 3 am! It told us that the next available appointment was Tuesday and someone would reach out. So much for 24/7! We even tried the number on the website that says it’s for emergencies. Same thing! Save your money and go elsewhere.

  Over the past three weeks we’ve had multiple house servicing needs. Electrical, general HVAC, and replacement of a dehumidifier. Green box has been amazing for all things. I was a long time Climate Control customer In Lexington, Kentucky and when Greenbox bought the company. I was a bit skeptical. But I am 100% satisfied with Greenbox! Their customer service, knowledge of all things HVAC and electrical (we haven’t used their plumbing yet, but will in the future), and efficiency in getting jobs scheduled and completed far exceed my expectations. Specifically, Logan and Ted on the electrical work were incredible. Their ability to crawl into our extremely small and hot attic and get the wiring done for our new roof exhaust fans was nothing short of superhuman. They were communicative and time efficient for the whole project. Then came the dehumidifier problem. Greenbox was able to schedule us on short notice to both check out the problem with the old dehumidifier, and then get us on the schedule literally the next day(!) for the install. Matt made all of this magic happen in less than 24 hours. He is fantastic. After confirming that our old humidifier was indeed dead, he worked with the main office to get a great deal on this large purchase and installation. He worked with the office to schedule installation the next morning. And it took him about three seconds to do the job. Incredible. He was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in talking through how to maintain the new unit, and also how to do some home maintenance related to the drainage from the unit. Matt is an excellent communicator, efficient with his time, and just a friendly nice guy. Thanks Greenbox!

  Jayden Cohelia arrived on a Sunday within about an hour of our call. He was very friendly, explained things clearly every step of the way, and when he was gone it was like nobody was here. Spotless. Also, when I called in I got a human being after a single button press. If I get AI supports on the phone, I cancel all business with that company as fast as possible. Humans only. I can't believe I have to write that like some dystopia sci-fi novel. Update: The next day Ryan Murphy came to quote us on a replacement unit. He explained everything thoroughly and presented us with our best options clearly. He also did his best to make sure we benefited from all possible promotions to make the unit as affordable as possible. Thank you everyone!
