  Shaun, Logan, and Nic completed a difficult water heater replacement efficiently and, in my opinion, expertly. They were on time and on task, including reinstalling a drop ceiling, cleaned up, and as a bonus, were friendly . What more can you ask for?

  We were sooo frustrated with no call backs or stalking for quotes or services. Greenbox came out next day. Gave us a same day quote with a potential date for work the next week. Logan was professional and knowledgeable. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.

  I have used GreenBox Home Services for nearly five years for both HVAC and plumbing needs and have always been a satisfied customer. My recent service experience was highly efficient and effective thanks to plumbers Shaun Harris and Corbin Woods. The men fixed various issues with my plumbing that included extensive cast iron repair in my crawl space, water heater pipe repair, expansion tank replacement, laundry room valve replacement, and pressure testing my gas system. I was impressed with the overall responsiveness and quality of service provided by Shaun and Corbin, and indisputably recommend GreenBox Home Services for your service needs.

  I’ve been paying this company $18 a month for over a year for their maintenance membership, and after my most recent visit, I’ve had enough. The technicians are friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with them personally. My problem is the company’s approach to the membership. It feels like every visit turns into an opportunity to upsell something instead of simply performing the maintenance I’m already paying for. Over the past year, I’ve had technicians show up without the proper ladder or materials needed to complete the maintenance. On today’s visit, I was told I would have to pay for cleaning my outdoor HVAC unit—even though the previous technician performed that exact same cleaning during my last maintenance visit at no additional charge. I was also told that removing dust from behind my air filter with a shop vacuum could not be done during my scheduled maintenance and would require an additional service call costing $80. That is exactly the kind of basic maintenance I would expect to be handled during a maintenance appointment, especially when I’m paying every month specifically for them to come out twice a year. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs or work that falls outside the membership. What I do have a problem with is paying a monthly fee and then being repeatedly told that basic maintenance requires additional charges. At this point, the membership feels less like a maintenance plan and more like an entry point for additional sales. After more than a year of paying for it, I don’t feel like I’m getting the value I was promised. The technicians have been friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company’s maintenance membership. If you’re considering signing up, I would make sure you get exactly what is included in writing and understand what they consider an “extra” before giving them your money.

  I called Gren Box to diagnose a challenge we were experiencing with several breakers that were tripping. Scheduling was easy, although nothing was available same day. Exavier came out to perform the service. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about what might be causing the issue. He made some adjustments and everything was working properly when he left. Shortly after leaving, when I was doing a load of clothes the issue happened again. When I called back to report the issue, they were quick to dispatch Logan. He was very polite to attentively listen to my non-tradesman speak about what has been happening. He went through the recent home inspection notes and repair receipt to help determine next steps. Exavier came back to the house after his day was finished to assist. The two of them worked the problem and came up with a possible solution and performed the necessary repairs, staying well past a normal work day to make sure it was working properly before leaving. I will use them again if needed.
