  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot speak highly enough of GAMO Restoration and Brandon Puckett. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, stress-free, and honestly far better than I expected. Out of five different contractors who inspected my roof, Brandon was the only one who actually got up on the roof and accurately identified both hail and wind damage. His level of knowledge immediately stood out from the others. He encouraged me to file an insurance claim and worked with me throughout the process, especially when the adjuster became difficult to deal with. Thanks to Brandon’s expertise and persistence, the damage was ultimately approved. Once the claim was approved, Brandon had my roof scheduled within days. He also took the time to explain different shingle options and product choices that no other contractor had even mentioned, which really showed the depth of his knowledge and commitment to helping customers make informed decisions. On installation day, the crew arrived promptly, carefully moved and protected anything that could potentially be damaged, and put tarps down to protect my deck and property. They immediately got to work and completed my entire roof in just one day. The crew was efficient, hardworking, and respectful throughout the process. What really impressed me was Brandon’s attention to detail and customer service. He went above and beyond by painting some flashing for us that we had forgotten to include in the original scope of work, and he personally came back the following day to make sure we were completely satisfied and that there were no outstanding issues. Even better, the new roof installation completely fixed a drip issue we had lived with for years and had honestly just accepted as part of life. Overall, GAMO Restoration offers professionalism, excellent communication, fair market pricing, outstanding workmanship, and a level of knowledge and customer care that I simply did not find with other contractors. I would absolutely recommend Brandon Puckett and GAMO Restoration to anyone needing roofing work done.    I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing with roofing needs.

  I worked with Steven and Oscar on our project which was redoing out front porch and adding a roof over it. They were so easy to work with and the installers are very good craftsmen. I hope to use them for future projects. Thanks GAMO

  Great Crew and Great people easy to work on - Communication up the roof! I recommend this Company to anyone if ask, price super affordable and they know what they are doing very professional if looking toward reviews dont think twice. Thanks Steven and Brandon for there great assistance toward every question i had.

  The whole process from beggining to end was great. The price was well affordable compared to some of the estimates I got. One of the vents kept opening and shutting from the winds and appeared to get worse with each windy day we had. I contacted them via the website and it was fixed by noon the next day as promised. Was a simple quick fix.

  I had a leak during the ice storm. Water came through the ceiling of three rooms. Giron came and did a great job repairing and painting.
