I want to send Austin and Kenny a HUGE thank you for all your help through this heat wave!! They showed up early morning and were very professional and friendly as well. I explained the problem to them and while doing so, they even had another employee on their way with some portable AC's to bring my home temperature down. They fixed the problem and I HIGHLY recommend this crew.

Multiple horrific experiences with this company that included overcharging, misdiagnosis for issues that wasted time and money. They also refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Don’t believe me? Search Nextdoor for the multiple threads of just how bad these guys are. Don’t waste your time and take your business elsewhere.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should know about my experience. I originally called this company because my air conditioner wasn’t keeping up with cooling my house. After inspecting it, they told me I needed a completely new HVAC system. I spent approximately $13,000 on a new unit, which was installed in 2022. During the installation, after my old unit had already been removed, one of the installers looked at me and said, “I don’t understand why they sold you a new unit. Your supply was leaking.” He even asked if I wanted them to reinstall my old system. At that point, I declined because the old unit had already been removed, and I had no idea whether it had been damaged during the removal. The system they replaced had only been installed in 2017. After spending $13,000 on a new HVAC system, I still had the exact same cooling problem. Instead of the new system fixing the issue, the company later installed an attic fan at no charge in an attempt to improve the situation. I was given a written 10-year parts and labor warranty on everything they did, with the only exception being my existing ductwork. That warranty played a big part in my decision to use this company. Unfortunately, my problems didn’t end there. At one point, something went wrong with the condensate drain line in the attic, causing water to leak into my home. The leak became so severe that part of my ceiling collapsed. Even after reporting the issue, it took nearly three months for the company to replace the damaged ceiling. That was an incredibly frustrating experience. Now, in 2026, the attic fan motor has failed. When I called to have it repaired, I was told the manufacturer only provides a three-year warranty on the motor and that I would have to pay for the repair. What makes this even more confusing is that the attic fan isn’t even listed on my invoice, even though the company installed it to address the original cooling issue. From my perspective, if the attic fan was installed by the company as part of the work they performed, and I was told I had a 10-year parts and labor warranty on everything they did except the existing ductwork, then I don’t believe I should be responsible for paying to repair it. Overall, I feel like I spent $13,000 replacing an HVAC system that may not have been the real cause of my cooling problem, dealt with water damage from a leaking condensate line that resulted in my ceiling collapsing, waited almost three months for that damage to be repaired, and am now being asked to pay for repairs to equipment they installed. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. If you’re considering using them, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before replacing your HVAC system and making sure every piece of equipment they install is documented on your invoice along with a clear explanation of the warranty coverage.

We got a brand new system five years ago. They came out and did all the inspections and quoted us a slightly larger unit saying our house could utilize the bigger unit with no modifications to the house and even told us things would be more efficient. After installing the new unit we signed up for their comfy club membership that includes multiple check ups throughout the year to ensure everything is running properly. A couple years into it a sensor that helps let us know if the drain line is clogged breaks… but they will not replace it bc it is not “factory” … issue one. Next big issue is that unbeknownst to us our house did not have enough returns and proper ventilation (even though we were told it did) so for the past 5 years our unit has been working on overdrive. This not only caused our power bill to be higher for 5 years but our coils finally broke and we had a basement leak and were out of Freon. They come out and a tech who finally knew what he was doing told us all this and to fix this issue is going to cost us $5000! Even though we were told the house would utilize the new unit properly, we are now stuck. They refuse to budge on this bill in any way. This is absolutely unacceptable and I don’t recommend them to anyone

My 6 year old unit went out again for the second time since install on a Sunday, it is Friday now I still don’t have my a/c repaired and there is confusion on their part. I had a tech call me on the day it is supposed to be fixed saying they are coming out to diagnose. I call the office and get attitude because I’m trying to figure out what is going on. They treat you poorly because the scheduling system has a flaw in it and can’t get things straight. The warranty is trash, it provides you with checkups but they do nothing at the check up except tell you something is wrong or try to sell you a whole home dehumidifier. It is predatory, they use the check up as a way to get in your house and try to sell you something. They tried telling me 3 years ago when the system first went out that I needed to have a 12 inch section of wire spliced in for $400 or $800 to replace the whole wire. Now the compressor has gone out after 6 years of use and I have to pay $2000 to get it fixed. I would stay away. It’s Friday night still no air • tech tried cancelling because of rain even though the first technician left it in pieces in the rain. • now they have to bring out an electrician. •they tried pushing it off until Monday until I called the office. • I have still not received an estimate from the compressor or labor. • 5 days and still no closer to having a 6 yr old system fixed. • Their A.I. bot is still scheduling my Saturday appointment for Monday. It’s Saturday night now. No a/c for six days. They have replaced a breaker and sent out 2 more techs. The consensus now is that the compressor that was replaced on Friday is bad. Another 3-5 days to wait. Must be a geographical oddity, 3-5 days away from every compressor in the country. I’m sure there is no way for an hvac tycoon to pay for overnight shipping. I am still waiting on a quote for what any of this is going to cost. I’ve had nothing but verbal quotes and guarantees. Not what I would call professional at all. The techs are all courteous and apologetic, but the office except Latoya who was very nice are not easy to work with. The dog and cat are refusing to move for fear of combustion. Thankfully we had a window unit from the last time this unit broke. June 16, 2026 Dearest Margaret, I hope this letter finds you well. It has been two days since we’ve heard from HQ. We were told reinforcements would be here in 3 -5 days. It has only been nine days since this battle began, and we are down to rations. Even though this war began 6 years ago, this particular event has been our most trying. My troops are losing morale as we’ve had setback after setback. I have no capacity to describe the discomfort we have endured. If this next troupe does not hold the line it will be all for not. This will no longer be tenable and we will have to retreat. There is nothing to do but laugh at this time, as I have tried to keep this encampment together. The only hope I can find in these colossal failures, is for new command to take charge and end the sweating. I look forward to being with you in our new a/c with no reminders of this damp oppressive heat. Sincerely Captain HVAC
