  These people are GREAT! I live in an apartment complex and have been without a/c longer than I am willing to admit. Dauenhauer has been on top of this problem and working as hard as they can to remedy it. They even sent a technician out on a Sunday. I am very grateful 🙏🏽 to Austin who I happened to meet in the hallway. We stopped and discussed a few things and he was very professional, honest and kind. This man deserves a raise! I know if it is not fixed today it is not at the fault of this company. I appreciate your company for all you have done and are doing to help me.

  Paid $150 for an under sink leak "fix", only to have it start leaking in the exact same spot the next day. We also asked the guy to sort of inspect the rest of the under sink area/plumbing. He said we were good to go, no other issues. The next morning not only did the original leak come back but there was an additional, much more severe leak less than a foot away from the first. Tried to call for a resolution, specifically in the form of a full or partial refund, and couldn't get anywhere. For clarity, I did decline the offer of having him come back to fix it again (because why would I want to continue utilizing the same company that did a bad job?). I called, was told someone from some department would call me back within a day or two, waited several days and never heard back. Rinse and repeat. I think there were three different people from two or three different departments that I could supposedly expect a call from, and I did not receive a response from any of them.

  I've used this company several times for plumbing emergencies (even once on Christmas Day!) and they have always been extremely prompt, communicative, and their work is impeccable! They have a solid online invoicing platform and always text confirmations including pictures of the technicians that will be doing the work. Prices seem reasonable and the work is impeccable. Johnny was our plumber for our most recent repair and he was exceptional to work with. He was prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, clean, thorough, and very kind - and was able to find a solution to our complex plumbing issues. He was easy to work with and coordinated effectively with the water restoration contractors. I trusted his recommendations and never felt any upselling pressure like I've sometimes experienced with other companies. I will be a lifelong customer and have been really happy with the work!

  I called about a confirmed gas leak and they were at my house an hour after the gas company left. Elijah was thorough in assessing the situation and the house layout. It ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated, but he and Benjamin were able to fix the issue. They gave me options for the fix, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves which I appreciate. I didn’t anticipate needing to fix a gas leak, but Dauenhauer were quick and easy to work with. I’d recommend them to others.

  We were blessed to have Anthony Smith as the Technician from Dauenhauer Plumbing. Anthony's first visit was an assessment and proposal to replace three toilets and . He arrived on schedule and professional in his appearance. Anthony was friendly as we discussed our options, and he patiently went through all of our options and the related costs and time involved with each option. He made several suggestions that we had not considered, which made the final process of accepting proposals stress-free. On the appointed day Anthony arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work. Once the work was completed, he reviewed his work with us, explaining what he did and repeatedly asked if we had any concerns or questions. We noticed that he flushed all three toilets several times to ensure there were no leaks. Most surprising to us, based on previous service calls for appliances, there was nothing for us to clean up after he left; no boxes, no paper, no plastic scraps. Again, based on service calls from other "professionals", Anthony was by-far the best Technician we have experienced. We will not hesitate to reach out to Dauenhauer Plumbing for future service, and we will certainly state our preference for Anthony to be our Technician!
