  BACK Construction exceeded our expectations for a recent home improvement project. Our vision was to add a built in bookshelf unit in our family room and to mirror an existing built in bar by closing off a dead space that was a second entrance into an existing room. Our project developer, Wes Dickerson, came on site to listen to what we wanted and answered all of our questions. His follow up was timely with a thorough estimate and explanation of the project. Once we decided to proceed we met Kelly Reynolds, our project designer and Schon Holman, our project manager. Kelly really brought our vision to life in the design process and even suggested some options we hadn’t considered for our built-ins. Schon, along with carpenters, Tim Phillips and Kyle Adkins, worked tirelessly to carry out every detail. We especially appreciate Schon’s meticulous eye and he made sure that not only we were pleased but that every detail was exactly as it should be. For our extended bar area the crew matched every detail right down to almost identical reclaimed wood for the bar shelving. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the project turned out and we hope to use BACK Construction again for future projects. There’s a reason why this company is so highly thought of in our community!

Managing a major project long-distance from Atlanta could have been a nightmare, but this team made it seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. **Seamless Process:** David Toews set the tone from day one with clear, upfront communication during contract and scope planning, while Designer Kim Luckett brought incredible talent and vision to our space. **Top-Notch Project Management:** Project Manager Mike Seelbach kept us completely in step with almost daily photo updates and weekly check-ins. During our monthly site visits, Mike, James, and Shaun were incredibly prepared with targeted questions, making our decisions quick and easy. When minor issues popped up, Mike handled them with directness, kindness, and complete clarity. **Master Craftsmanship:** James and Shaun delivered custom wainscoting, crown moulding, and detailed woodwork that transformed our space into a truly custom home. Their attention to detail and finish work is rare to find. Most remarkably, the project finished **on time** and **on budget**.   This is at least the third time we have engaged Back Construction for repair and remodeling work at our home in Anderson County. Joe Brutsman has been our Project Developer for virtually all our projects, including one a couple of years ago which bordered on an emergency. This most recent project principally involved the removal and replacement of our front entry door and sidelights. Joe assigned Sean Holman whom we had the pleasure of working with for the first time, and Technician Kyle Adkins, who skillfully remortared masonry joints. We are already anticipating having these professionals return next year to address brick work high up the west side or the house. Sean gesta an A+ for phone, text and email communication skills! And the crew showed on time and as scheduled. The door required multiple coats of paint, stain and poly. New trim work was installed and repairs to the exterior brick. The workmanship is indistinguishable from new construction. I was nervous about replacing a front foyer door but can’t be happier. Also, importantly, our project started as scheduled and was completed on time. The paint crew was talented and meticulous! Thank you BACK!

  We kind of started out in a not so great place but then Schon Holman took over. Once Schon came to meet with us we felt much more comfortable. This project was on the smaller side; a new stove hood and vent and a new fireplace mantle but it turned out beautiful. You don’t need to change a lot sometimes to make your house a home. We’re already considering another project. Thank you Schon Holman, Kyle Adkins and Tim Phillips for taking the Ball Homes out of this house. Hope our paths cross again.
