  Every person at BACK construction was professional, personable, honest and great at their job. We came across them when we had to fix a huge mistake made by another builder. They offered a very reasonably priced fix that was also comprehensive. They brought our build up to code. The work which was carpentry and electrical, not finishing, is perfect. I was so stressed having had a bad experience prior but they put me at ease when I talked to them and voiced my concerns. They were clean and put cloths down and asked us to look at the work through the process. Their electricians also were very thorough and helpful. We are so glad we used them for our project, we are confident in their work and will definitely not hesitate to ask them to do other work for us in the future. You cannot go wrong with BACK Construction. If I were to do a major remo or build I would call them first. I hve had some very bad experiences and did some DIY becuse it is so bad out there. This company is one of the rare good ones.

  Very grateful for Joe who showed up on time and was considerate as he came inside my home in offering to cover his shoes. I was confident in his expertise as he explained the issues with my door. I am happy to have found a “go-to” contractor I feel I can trust.

  Schon Holman made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. He and his crew were always on time and worked diligently to keep costs in our budget. Tim Phillips does great work.

  This company was very easy to coordinate with! Even when we had a hiccup in scheduling, Mikael Miller and Schon Holman kept in contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed and that they were completing the job just like I wanted. Both followed up with me and kept me in the loop. Work was exceptional, too! (I had to repair wood in the door threshold and replace a door trim.)

  We had an outstanding experience with BACK Construction from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about the quality of their work. What’s more, they care about us, their clients. Schon Holman did an excellent job as Project Manager and Lead Technician—he kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail was handled. Tim Phillips, as Lead Carpenter and Working Supervisor, was equally impressive. His craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear he takes pride in doing things the right way. Plus, they are incredibly kind. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. It’s not easy to find a team you can fully trust in this line of work, but BACK Construction absolutely delivered. Highly recommend—10/10.
