Paul was great, checked all aspects of the AC system and found the issue right away, and got the system back online.
Update: A supervisor called me the next day. We discussed the situation at length. I was very happy with the way the conversation went and his answering my questions deeper.
The tech replaced fan motor $650. Found out not the fan motor. Other issue, over 1k to repair this issue. So, I got a fan motor that I probably did not need, and still need to get unit replaced. I asked for a reduced rate on new motor if left in, so that tech did not need to take it back out. They said no. I also asked if they would be able to install a new unit purchased from my work at a discount, no they will not install if not purchased from them it is their policy. The tech did get unit to run with a bypass. The tech was very courteous. Thankful unit is working until it needs to heat.

He was awesome. Explained what he was doing and why, offered options and his opinion on the best solution for the problem. No high pressure sales tactics. I very much liked the man. Felt comfortable in his home and hope to continue as a customer with you all for all my HVAC needs.

Arronco performed a diagnostic inspection of my geothermal system. The technicians are true experts with many years of experience. They identified the causes preventing the units air conditioning from working and clearly explained what has failed and what repair costs would be.
I would recommend Arronco for anyone having problems with their geothermal system, they answered all my questions and provided a reasonable cost estimate and time line to complete the repairs. I was only charged a service fee of less then $100, no charge for the detailed diagnostic work.
