The team at 360 Heating &Air is exactly WHO you need to contact with your HVAC needs.
I gave Ryan a call and he was able to get one of his guys out to see me. Cody came by and evaluated my older AC unit and did an excellent job letting me know what the issues were.
After talking with my wife we chose to have our entire system replaced minus the duct work. They were able to get us in the next day. Kaleb and Steven did an excellent job from start to finish!
360 is an all the way around great local company with a great culture!

I have used 360 Heating & Air twice within the last year. I found them through a Facebook search. Both times I have contacted 360 Heating & Air they have been able to send someone out within a reasonable time after reaching out. Both times the service has been completed by Cody. The first time required a capacitor replacement, the second most recent time required replacement of a fuse, cleaning of a filter, checking some wiring, and additional work. Cody was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient both times he has came to complete services. Both time Cody has completed services he explained what the problems are and what he is doing to fix them. Since my most recent service everything is running great, and the both my experiences have been hassle-free. The cost is substantially more competitive to other businesses in Lexington. Would recommend them for service
I met with Taylor from 360 heating and air after meeting with other Heating and air companys. His presentation was far above any of the other companies . His knowledge and dedication to having a good product, and great customer service was impressive. I knew that this was who I wanted to hire just after a few minutes of talking to him. His price was better by a small margin also. The guys that installed were professional and neat. Thank you

Absolutely a 5-star company!!!
I was looking for a new company after something went wrong with my AC and my old company couldn't -or wouldn't- diagnose it. I have a ductless mini split system and it was hard to find people who were good with that kind of system. I reached out to a friend and was recommended 360 Heating and Air!
From the outset, I had a great feeling about them. I was able to speak to one of the owners, Peter, directly and set up an appointment. Cody came out and spent a couple of hours at my house to diagnose the issue, and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He told me he would run some estimates for repair and replacement, and we set up a time for two days later to go over everything. Cody and Peter showed up right on time, and they were both very courteous and genuinely wanted to get me back up and running. I opted for complete replacement, and the team came the very next day to start the install!!
Kaleb, Steven, and Cody were all amazing! They were so professional and really wanted to do the job right. They found a lot of improper installation and not-up-to code issues from my first company, undid all of those issues, and had my new install up in 2 days. They took the extra time and went the extra mile to make sure it was right and up to code! I even received a text from Peter the day after the install to check on me! From diagnoses to install was only a week- I couldn't get my old company to even to diagnose in a week!
I was very pleased with the timing, friendliness, and knowledgeable and professional service I received. I wanted to give these guys a tip, and figured an amazing review would to be the best way!! I would highly recommend 360 Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs!!!

Thank you so much for helping cool my house off after my HVAC/thermostat decided to not work properly. Technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He checked the entire unit until he figured out my thermostat was not communicating with the unit as it should be. I submitted a request for service on a weekend and someone called me immediately to set up a service call the next day. I did not have to call and talk to a machine in order to receive service as I have had to do in the past with larger companies.
