This is an honest company, they came and fixed the issue right away and explained in detail what the issues were, the charge was reasonable. The servicemen were polite and courteous, the lady answering the call was pleasant and helpful.

Kurt installed our new septic about 7 years ago and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I have called with questions a few times and his customer service is always excellent. Had him come out and mark some of the chamber lines for us and he did it in 100 degree weather, despite me telling him it could wait. Highly recommend K. Franck Enterprises.

Kurt and his company provided excellent service in replacing a sewer system grinder pump. I have used them for other issues and they are always professional and provide excellent service.
