  I bought a new to me house, with separate upstair and downstair units. Suddenly, there was a leak coming from upstairs. Within seconds Zeb found where it was coming from. Apparently the upstairs unit had not been serviced in ages, proven by the black filter. I'm not sure what all he did but it was enough to where the unit was working much better, and there was no leak! I highly recommend this business.

  HVAC, went out recently on Friday evening , called On Time someone actually picked up, no automated system. They had someone there within an hour, very nice guy, knew what to do, had my aunts air back on within an hour. Will use again.

  Had called about my a/c unit not cooling. On the phone with Brandon, who said they could test for leak and add freon. He was busy and didn't show so they sent another in his place. When he arrived at 7:15pm told me he couldn't check for leak or he didn't have the right freon, I have a 20 year old a/c unit. So he did nothing to help and charged $125 for the call out fee. Did give me advice and payments per month on a new HVAC system. Will not ever call this company again for help on any services!

  They came in a timely manner and did sufficient work but was here under an hour and was a bit pricey. Only took about 10 minutes to change out part that was needed. Paid $299

  I was away from home for a few days and when I got home I discovered that my air conditioning was not functioning properly and it was 76 degrees when the thermostat was set on 72 and the humidity was 55% which it never is. So I called Ontime because that is who I use and I have a service plan with them. We have been having a heat wave and they were swamped but I was assured that they would send someone when they could Since I called at about 4:30, I was sure that it would be very late before that happened. I was really surprised When about an hour later the technician came and he was amazing. He was thorough and even though it took quite awhile he found the problem and corrected it. Hallelujah!
