Also they shut my electric off after my mom passed away just because they wanted it put in my name and charged me $1600 to turn it back on even though I paid the bill every single month for years with no issue or anyone letting me know that needed to be done and charged me $1600 to turn it back on with my 2 babies inside in the dead of the winter.
