  Justin was the lead technician on the installation. I have cold air and a properly working unit. Great service and they made sure everything was correct. They did not rush the work and even offered to do new lines but the HOA prevented it from happening . I will be using them for future services.

  Drayton Roddy with Chilly Ben’s Heating & Air⁠ came to our service call and quickly figured out what was causing our air conditioner to stop working. He ordered the needed part and had everything working again as soon as it arrived. Since our unit was still under warranty, we paid $0 out of pocket for labor and service. Chilly Ben’s has been a wonderful company to work with. They sold and installed our AC unit five years ago, and they are still taking great care of us today. When we called, they responded quickly and came right out to assess the issue. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and professional

  Response to Chilly Ben's reply: #1 I deleted all of the glowing recommendations after you said you no longer wanted my business. #2 I asked how long the parts were supposed to last and if there was a chance that the parts were defective. Yes I said it sounded like a scam when I asked your technician to check and see if that part had been replaced already because I knew it had and he said no that it had not been replaced after he checked his computer. When you said that no it has not been replaced but I can pull out a paper receipt that showed that it had been replaced, yes I stated that it sounded like a scam. Instead of hearing me out you just jumped to the decision that y'all no longer wanted my business. #3 my insurance carrier has never paid out any claims so I don't know what your claim that you helped secure coverage with my insurance carrier means. #4 each of the multiple times you came out to keep my system running I paid when there was a bill given to me. There was no bill given for the part that was under warranty when y'all replaced it. #5 the recent failure was a part that was replaced almost 2 years ago, that same part is supposed to last between 10 to 15 years. So obviously I asked if it was defective, obviously it seems like there's something weird going on. When you supposedly fixed it in November and then all of a sudden it's not working again in March it seems a little weird. ________________________ Do not use them. I have had work done every yr since 2023. They said the $$ I spent Nov 2025 would solve my problems. March 2026 my heat went out again. They said it's the same part they replaced 2 yrs ago that was bad. Because I asked how long the part was supposed to last and if I was going to have to replace it every other year they said they no longer want my business. They keep telling me it's the same two parts that are going bad but why are the same two parts going bad? I explained that I asked the tech to check and see if that part had been replaced because I knew it had been replaced and he said no after checking the computer. I was not asking for it to be replaced for free, I was asking if there was defective parts being put into my HVAC. I guess because I asked if I was going to have to replace it every other year and made a comment that it sounds like a scam to me, like somebody's not being truthful and when she called me back she said they no longer want my business. I deleted all the good reviews. Now I'm posting a warning don't use them.
