  Keith H. and Alex S. were courteous, quick and efficient. The porch is so much nicer now that the sunken section of concrete has been raised to even with the rest of the porch. From my research, foam leveling would be better than mudjacking for this particular job and The Basement Doctor is one of the few companies in Central Kentucky who do this.

  First let me say I started with four different companies and four separate bids. I had a pretty good idea of how the water was penetrating the basement but had not yet removed any drywall to confirm my suspicions. Each company rep was able to look at the problem and make draw their own conclusion. Only one of the other company’s bothered to inspect the outside of the house. Each just drew the own conclusion based on what I had explained. The Basement Doctor rep started by stating he need to inspect the outside. There we found that the downspout had disconnected itself and was allowing water to pour into the basement. The next day I fixed the down spout. Realizing that this may or may not solve the problem. I decided to go with a channel along the wall a sump pump and basement dehumidifier the workers and the work were absolutely top notch. They removed the wall and rotted wood installed their product and applied waterproof vapor bearer and I waited. I didn’t write this review until after several heavy downpours, and I’m happy to report no leeks. So do I recommend their service “absolutely” I have the peace of mind I need and an added plus the company is local and only a few miles away. If you’re looking a great company and a fair price I recommend the Basement Doctor.

  They showed up on time with a call beforehand. They did a nice job of covering things to protect from dust. They completed the job as stated and communicated throughout. They did a nice job cleaning up afterward as well. We would highly recommend.

  Had a great experience with everyone at the Basement Doctor. Needed to install a sump pump to help mitigate some basement flooding, Matthew Fuller was able to provide me with all the info I needed to make an informed decision that also fit within my budget. As for install, it was quick and easy for me. Collin Steele and Darren O’Bryan were my installers and were extremely professional through out the process. Very efficient and knowledgeable, they walked me through everything that was done and were in and out within a couple of hours. Would recommend using The Basement Doctor for any water mitigation issues in the future. Great experience!

  Im from maysville ky , thought i was finally gettin the right company ( basement doctor) to fix my basement problems , these crooks charged me almost 6 grand to dig 2 6in trenches 8 feet each that did nothing to stop my problem , I wldnt recommend these folk to patch a kids pool , their reason by the way is that they aren't gonna keep running back and forth to my twn to fix leaks ..long story short RUN from basement doctor, cant trust them and work is poor
