I've been using Sorg for my HVAC needs for many years. I find their service to be timely and thorough. They have addressed any issues I have had. For years Ted was my familiar technician. Recently Drew Vaughn serviced my system and he was very amiable and professional. I plan to remain a loyal customer of Sorg based on the service I have received not only from Drew but over the years. Update on April 2. Another good experience with Sorg as Mackinley came by and did an excellent job and explained to me how my system was operating. Kudos Mackinley! October 27/30 Justin came out and did a fabulous job. He was super professional, friendly, informative and thorough. Great customer service. He deserves a shout-out for his work.

Jonah Gentry and Mackinley Schemanski were very friendly and courteous. Both did an excellent job explaining everything and answering all my questions. MacKinley checked our furnace and was very thorough. Thanks guys.
