  I paid 1500 to have my air conditioning unit moved because of sinking in the ground. I called about a month or two later because yhe unit was lowering on each side. They came out and did nothing. I was charged 89.00 for them to do nothing to correct their shoddy work. In addition, I am charged 20.00 a month for what services. My ac unit has not been checked for the winter, so what does this 20.00 a month cover. No service! I am very unhappy and do not plan on paying the 89.00 for doing nothing to fix the problem. I also will be looking for another company to service my unit.

  McKinley came for a HVAC air conditioning checkup today and he was GREAT. Polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He checked both compressors and air handlers/checked the filters and other parts and pieces. He took about an hour to go through both systems, pronounced them in good shape and was on his way home. SORG is now part of the Synergy Family of HVAC servicers and installers. There's no one I would recommend more highly than Synergy and SORG.

  Drew was the technician who came to repair an issue with a new gas furnace. He put shoe covers on when he came inside, was very professional and polite. He answered my questions without hesitation and took time to explain the answers. Drew has been our technician on 2 different dates/times and I will request him as his work is good!
