  Mike was very prompt and informative with his replies to questions. While providing a free estimate on gutter guards, he cleaned an existing gutter clog for no charge. On the day he was scheduled to do the work, he arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up debris. Very pleased with the work that was done and the price was fair compared to other estimates. It's nice to deal directly with the person doing the work, instead of a salesperson for a large corporation that just wants to earn a commission. Highly recommend.

  Mike is the best option for your roofing needs! He personally reaches out to each and every customer to answer any and all questions to make sure you know exactly what you are receiving and makes sure you understand. He wastes no time getting you on his schedule. He makes sure you know he is there for you and not to make quick money. I would also like to note he will fix things you did not even know are wrong instead of just covering it up for the next person.   I've had Thompson Roofing replace my gutters and down spouts at my house. I additionally had them replace my elderly mother's roof. Their work is top notch! Their service behind the sale is even better. My mother called and told me that she had water dripping from the ceiling after a storm, so I called Thompson to have them go look at it. Mike went there the same day and fixed the problem quickly and then apologized for the leak. My mother was very impressed with his kindness and attention to detail.   Step mom was having problems with raccoons getting into their chimney. I called Thompson roofing for an estimate on what it would cost to have the chimney capped properly. He said he would come out in a couple of hours to give her an estimate and after a hour and a half he showed up and gave her an estimate. She was very surprised on the price and agreed. The owner Mike left and returned in about a hour and installed the necessary parts in about 2 hours. She was so relieved that the raccoons could not enter through the chimney anymore. We only give his name out when someone ask us if we know any roofers in the Florence area.
