  I had my entire bathroom gutted and redone by Otterly Bath as you can see by the before & after pictures. I got rid of the old tub and replaced with a beautiful walk in shower, new toilet with bidet seat, new lighting, vanity & mirror, ventilation fan, all accessories and the lighted makeup mirror. The entire crew was extremely helpful and professional through the entire process of making the initial plans, working on cost plans, helping to pick out products, etc. I didn't know what all went into redoing a total bathroom & they were very helpful & patient with me as changes came up. Once the project started I cannot say enough good things about them, they showed up every day on time and worked some long days to get the project completed. They were very respectful of us and our home. They always put down plastic and cleaned up after themselves every night. My bathroom was done in just 5 days which was amazing!! Other people had told me longer times up to a month of work. I have to give a special shoutout to Ashley who was kind of my "project manager" on the front end - she gave me so much help and was always courteous & professional. Also Rob who did the majority of the actual work - he did an amazing job on all aspects of the job & was patient & professional even when unexpected things came up. I am so THRILLED with my new beautiful bathroom and would highly recommend you to anyone!! Thank you so much!!!

The team was prompt, polite, and maintained a clean workspace. They clearly explained every step of the process and consulted with me on various details throughout the project. From the initial consultation to the final product, the entire process was seamless. It's beautiful, I love it!

  Our crew was awesome. They came every day when they said they would. I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship. Their attention to detail was over the top.
