  First of all THANK YOU. Im pretty sure this guy sniffed out the issue. I believe his name was keith. Worth their salt in experience and willingness to help. I mean the time it took.. was NOTHING compared to other places. Less than a 10 minute diagnostic, had the part and had it running smooth within 10 of that. Thank you Kyle and kelsey for getting me scheduled so quick and working with my schedule!! I appreciate you all so much!

  Jared was my tech today. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. went through my system and answered all my questions as well as offered suggestions that I will be following up on. All test were positive and he left me with peace of mind that all is well. Huge thank you to Jared and Howe Heating and cooling !!!!

  Technician Jared S. was very knowledgeable and personable. I was so impressed that he put his hands right on the problem and even gave me advice to install a surge protector on the unit. He got the A/C unit up and running with 30 minutes! Wow! Great service!

  After conversation with Greg, he suggested and quoted me two option. Amanda confirmed I received the quotes. Colby and Liam were the install team. They were courtesy, respectful of my house and to wife and I. The replacement of my a/c and evaporator coil went as planned. They were in and out. Cleaned up, explained the system and how to set thermostat. Highly recommend Howe for your Heating and Cooling needs. Thank you Howe

  Jared came to perform maintenance on our system, he was the same tech I had about 6 months back as well. One thing I very much appreciate is getting educated on the things that they're looking out for, as well as things I can be doing differently, even as simple as how to make sure you use the right filter and using Amazon to auto order every few months. Simplifies my life and I appreciate the education. Never have felt up sold on anything, Even though technically I was on their first visit because my humidifier evaporator pad needed replacing. Jared took the time to make sure I understood what a new one looked like and functions like versus the old one that was currently in there. That's not an upsell as much as an education and an explanation for why it needed replacing. Glad to have the service plan so that I don't even have to think about scheduling the checks twice a year, they make it super easy for me and proactively call.
