  Alex came out to do my yearly check on the furnace. He was very kind and knew his way around the system. He gave me several options to think about for future reference and I appreciate his honesty and openness with me. He’s great and I love this company.!!!

  5/5 Stars. Chris from One Choice Mechanical did a great job servicing my home HVAC system! He was very thorough, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my system. I really appreciated that he wore foot covers inside and left absolutely no mess behind. Professional, polite, and highly recommended!

  BEWARE :I got to say, this has been the worst experience ever, they are the most unprofessional company that I have dealt with! This journey started 3 years ago when I had a system installed in our newly purchased home, they sent out their company salesman / representative to look and see what kind of system we needed and gave us the estimate, trusting that they knew what they were doing and that they knew what system was for our home (mobile home) So we agreed and set up the install date, 2 younger gentlemen showed up to do the installation, which took 8 hours plus... All while one of the installers had someone come to my home and meet him in the driveway... As he sat there for 30 minutes or longer..... So in the process of the install they totally tore the closet framing out and tore it all the way up trying to force the furnace in.... Which they got in finally..... So they just laid all the broken framing in the bathroom and didn't try to fix it or anything... So they left and it worked fine.. the next morning I called and said something about the framing left a message for Lucas the OWNER to give me a call.......2 days later there was issues with it they came out and took care of it, as it flooded the hallway floor and carpet... I showed them the framing and they said they would give the message to Lucas.... I took pictures and sent them to him.. called and left numerous messages for him to get ahold of me.... Nothing, no response, no email, no text NO COMMUNICATION!! Real professional..... So I left a google review.... Within 2 hours he called... Within 2 days Lucas himself came out and reframed and trimmed the furnace closet... So we took the review down..... We've had nothing but issues for 3 years now.... They have been out here multiple times., we financed 10k for a new system..... And now over $2000 plus in repairs..... Fast forward to the past 2 weeks, we called in for service August 21st they scheduled for the 24th, because the blower will not shut off..... So they sent out Alex Compton, he is the service manager, he comes in and begins to look at everything... And says "Who installed this system here" .... You all did, why..... Well its definitely the wrong system for this home, theres no access to the bottom for repairs, so anything that has to be done will be costly and an extensive project, he continues to say that no one from back then work for the company any longer..... He goes on to say that he will go back and talk to Lucas and they will get back to us...... After a couple text back and forth with Alex and him saying he'll have an update for us the next day... Then the next day.... Nothing, after 5 days 6 messages left through Melissa no response then an estimate through email for $1600 to get the system to where it should be....... So for 2 weeks I have continued to call and leave message after message, emails through company email for the owner Lucas to give me a call ... I mean after all I feel like he owes me a conversation about this situation that realistically should have never happened...... Still as of today no contact or communication with me.... Then what do you know I get an invoice for $90 for Alex coming out .... Lol..... You can send me an invoice for $90.... But can't respond to me about a $10k system that YOUR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE SOLD US, THATS NOT THE CORRECT ONE..... Never in my life would I do business with this company again, The owner is very unprofessional and obviously don't care about his customers!!!!
