  I was having a medical emergency and received quick service for my A/C. My service person even asked my neighbor to check in on me. In addition, Ms Megan-24/7 Service Manager, helped me receive the quick service as mentioned earlier. I appreciate their help and apologize for my rudeness.

  Alex did a fantastic job repairing my AC when the system stopped cooling during the scorching heat and humidity. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Thanks Alex for making our 4th of July weekend cool. 😎

  Our tech was Aaron. He was very respectful to us and our home. He even wore the blue booties without us asking. He was here to perform a system maintenance and found a couple issues. He gave us several options and explained each one thoroughly along with the cost. He completed the work we requested in a timely fashion.

  I received AC service for my rental home on 6/2, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling over the phone with Megan was quick and efficient. She was friendly, accommodating, and I really appreciated her flexibility on such short notice. After scheduling, I received a text confirmation with the date and time of my appointment. On the day of service, I received text updates letting me know when my technician was on the way, along with his name and photo. I thought this was a great touch, as most companies only provide the technician's name. Jeramie S. called about 15 minutes before arriving. He arrived in a company vehicle, greeted me professionally, and I showed him the thermostat, outdoor unit, and attic access for the return. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property throughout the visit. After diagnosing the issue, Jeramie explained his findings and confirmed everything with my landlord before proceeding with the repairs. The AC is now working properly, and I'm incredibly grateful, especially with this week's heatwave. Overall, I highly recommend One Choice Mechanical, and especially Jeramie S., for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and quality work. It's great to see One Choice Mechanical supporting veterans by hiring them. Thank you for making the entire process smooth and stress-free! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I was having issues with the A/C at my rental property for weeks that seemingly nobody could fix. It wasn’t a big deal until I came home to my thermostat showing 85° when it was set on 68°. Dawson showed up and got my A/C back working like a charm in no time. He is professional, tidy, quick and efficient- even without me present, he spoke to me through my ring camera to let me know he was there and ready to get my system back up and running. I’d recommend him and One Choice Mechanical for any and all HVAC needs. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
