  Chris was on time and very profession. He kept me informed as he went and explained why he was doing what he was doing. Treated me and my house / property with great respect. Even wore his shoe covers in the house (wish I could get my dog to do that - haha)

  one choice mechanical was very professional. clean my utility room was cleaner when they left than it was when they showed up. great friendly manners. fast reliable and very reasonable pricing they also offered me financing!

  The overall experience was great. Everyone involved was helpful and informative, from Bailey Parker that did our estimate inspection to Damon Griffin and his partner who installed our new heating and AC unit, and they really seemed to want to do their best and help us out. Would definitely go back to One Choice and it didn't hurt that they were the cheapest estimate I received either.

  One Choice Mechanical came and fixed my air conditioning on a Sunday in August when my air went out and I couldn't do anything, it was so hot & humid. Chris checked things I had never seen any other company do, which he said they should be doing. He got it done and explained everything to my liking. Megan Wells, who set up the appointment had such a likeable phone demeanor. I appreciate that since ai is taking over company phone messages now, which I detest. I have now chosen them as my HVAC go to and signed up for yearly maintenance. I recommend One Choice! Keep up the great work!

  I recently had a fairly involved A/C repair, and I want to especially recognize Chris and Dawson for the work they did. Both were consistently polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Chris, in particular, did an excellent job communicating with me while he was here. He explained what he was doing, kept me informed as the work progressed, and even showed me pictures so I could understand what was causing the problem and why the repairs were necessary. I really appreciated that level of communication and transparency. The one area where I feel the overall experience could have been better was communication and coordination from the office. There were times when I wasn’t sure what the next step was or when I should expect to hear from someone. There was also a scheduling issue when the repair was initially scheduled before the replacement pan had actually been made and was available. Better communication about delays and next steps would have made a stressful situation much easier. That said, my experience with the technicians themselves—especially Chris—was excellent. They represented the company very well, and my A/C is now repaired and working. I appreciate the time, care, and professionalism they put into getting the job completed.
