  Stephen serviced our tankless water heater. Luke checked our a/c system making sure it was in good shape. It needed some Freon. I got a service contract so didn't pay for individual services. Luke and Stephen are two fine young men.

  This morning our AC went out and the house was getting up towards the first level of hell hot. We called the original installer of the AC, Charlie Prather. Come to find out that he and 3 other businesses had merged. We were told a technician would be dispatched within a couple hours. The technician called within the timeframe and was quick onsite to diagnose the issue. Found out within minutes what it was. Ran, got the part and fixed it within 45 minutes. The technician was extremely helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
