  In the midst of packing and preparing to leave to go out of town for several days my drain decided to show its “ Face” And flood everywhere. Andrew A arrived at 11:00 pm and was able to take care of the problem in no time. He was professional and came in with a smile even though it was the middle of the night. This was my first time using Dauenhauer Plumbing and definitely won’t be my last. They didn’t charge extra for the late night call like other companies were trying to charge. THANK YOU ANDREW!!!! And thank you Dauenhauer. You’ve got a customer For Life now

  Michael showed up on time, looked at our issue, and gave us a reasonable quote to replace the part. Then he went and picked it up and replaced it in a timely manner. He was personable and knowledgeable. The picture is of the culprit.

  The tech was extremely nice, and knowledgable as well as quick! He advised me of the warranty with the new water heater and all the details. I will definitely contact him again with any plumbing issues I have.

  Had a set of keys fall into the toilet accidentally while it was flushing. They sent out a gentleman name Chase he was prompt and very polite and professional. He was able to retrieve the keys and cleaned up after himself. He left no trace of ever being in my home. Excellent service and fair pricing.

  The technician who came out and performed the requested electrical work is a top notch employee. Nick performed a few different tasks for me over two separate visits. The first was to install a ceiling fan in the living room where there was no place for it. Nick and his associate installed the fan and ran a new line for a switch on the wall. Then Nick was able to install two Ethernet drops in the completed basement when the ISP refused to install anything down in the basement. Nick had set it so the ISP can install it to the equipment but after the ISP wanted to charge quite a bit for the work, Nick kindly relocated the end to a drop by the modem. Nick also relocated a wall socket up above kitchen cabinets that are currently getting installed. At all times Nick was a very courteous person who listened to my queries and concerns and addressed each in a way that I would understand. I would recommend this associate and by association this company for any project. I will use them as my primary for any future electric and plumbing needs.
