  They came out to empty septic tank one day and didn't drain what they needed. Manager called me next day or so and had a great tech come out and assess the situation and ran full diagnostic of everything that needed to be done. Was very informative and directed us who we needed to contact about replacement.. They redrained everything and and then some.. This is an OUTSTANDING company who really cares about their clients.. I DEFINITELY recommend them.. If your not a believer, see for yourself..

  Aaron Raley was able to restore flow to our restroom at our Masonic Lodge in Danville, KY. Aaron took the time to make sure the facility was just as clean as it was before he arrived and kept his word to a honest upfront price with no hidden fees. We trust Apex Solutions in our facility for anything!

  I called Apex because we had a terrible leak in our front yard. They came out the following morning and Joe immediately found the source of the problem and fix it. I was so relieved that we didn’t have to tear up the entire front yard. He did a fantastic job.

  We had several plumbing issues at our house. Our neighbor suggested we call your company. Joe April came over and took care of all the repairs needed, including installing our new hot water heater. Joe was friendly and did a good job explaining everything he was doing, and we were pleased with his work. I also want to say that Samantha and Chrissy at the office were also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Apex Solutions to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

  The electrician, Jordan Clark, was unprofessional and unprepared. Came to the house BOTH times without the materials needed to do the job. On the second arrival he didn’t have the materials to complete the job agreed to, said his arms were too short to do the job but if we wanted to pay another $400+ he’d come out a third day to complete the job. How does an electrician grow longer arms overnight? Mr. Clark is a discredit to Apex Solutions. We also did septic and HVAC. They were PHENOMENAL! True professionals with septic and HVAC services.
