I worked with Aaron, Oscar, and TJ onsite, who were all SUPER polite, efficient, communicative, and understanding of the job needs, but mine also as a homeowner. I felt safe and respected too, which is KEY to having folks work in/around your home. Veronica at the home office stayed on top of every bit of this process, and I can't leave out Austin, who was also stellar. I'll call APEX with all my future HVAC/Plumbing/construction needs! THANK YOU ALL!

As a budget-conscious homeowner who has been burned by unreliable plumbers in the past, Apex Solutions was a breath of fresh air! I was incredibly stressed when our water pressure dropped to almost nothing, but technician Kasey BROWN came out to run a diagnostic on our failing water meter and completely turned the experience around. Having dealt with dishonest contractors before, I was braced for hidden fees and a confusing sales pitch, but Kasey’s top-notch professionalism and personal touch put me at ease immediately. He broke down the entire situation in a way that was simple and easy to understand, with absolutely zero pressure or confusing jargon. He made me feel incredibly reassured about the cost and the solution, making what is usually a stressful situation completely hassle-free. I highly recommend Apex Solutions to anyone looking for honest, affordable, and dependable service—I will definitely be asking for Kasey BROWN by name from now on!

We had an issue with our septic system and needed more work done after the initial visit. Aaron, Oscar and Kason replaced all the incorrectly installed piping in our system. What was quoted as a two day project was completed in one. These gentlemen were courteous and very professional. They answered all my questions, explained things to me and let me take pictures during the work. They were not dismissive or condescending as so many repair men are to women. As a novice to septic systems this meant a lot to me and I learned quite a bit. I would highly recommend them and Apex Solutions. Thanks a lot, guys!

I would highly recommend using Apex! Samantha, who answered my call over the weekend, was fantastic and incredibly helpful. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and was such a lovely person to work with. Aaron also went above and beyond to help us and talked us through the process every step of the way. We truly appreciated the excellent service and support from both of them!
