I called mid November 2025 to service the unit for the winter. No problem with a wait of about 3 weeks. I called back December 12 th I believe and was told I was on the list. Once again as long as they’d be here it’s fine.They were behind due to weather and I can understand that. Its Feb 9th, 2026 and I’ve heard nothing. I’m disappointed because they were a great company that I was comfortable with and I can trust them. I can’t wait forever so I’ve called someone else. I guess I was lost. Thanks for all the great service but this is too much to ask. Terri Beck

Workman was quick to respond, spent time troubleshooting, made suggestions, offered tips, offered to bring me a window unit while the part was being shipped! Blane worked diligently to locate the part we needed, even calling me on a Saturday with an update. 2 different techs came out, 2 different times and more knowledgeable, more courteous, more respectful they could not be. I was blown away that they are doing business the old fashioned way - Truth. No sales tricks, just quoted what I needed and the problem was fixed. Please if you have any questions or concerns on your own unit, please call WORKMAN first.

They are small enough to provide personal & professional service but large enough to respond quickly. Steven presented a repair option but took the time to explain & show us why it might be a short term solution to our 2008 unit. We now have a new system with a great warranty and confidence Workman will be there should we ever have a problem. I would highly recommend Blain and his team.
