  Just had our semi annual inspection and service completed. Another smooth and easy appointment experience. Great communication and on time again. Gavin was great.

  We had a Honeywell thermostat that needed reset. Tom was able to call Honeywell, obtain pin # and reset within a few minutes. He also came out within three hours after we contacted Gra-Tac, which was really appreciated. Gra-Tac personnel are always very professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It should also be noted that we have a service contract with Gra-Tac for our HVAC needs. It has proven to be very valuable.

  Highly recommended! This is the third time over the last 20 years that they came out the same day I called and quickly fixed my problem. They are prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and overall highly reliable. Can't say enough about them!

  I have been a long time customer of Gra Tac, but my recent experience in September 2026 was extremely disappointing. On 9/9/26, our AC failed, and the technician told us the breaker was “getting weak” and we needed an electrician. He replaced the capacitor and charged us $500, but the AC still did not work. The invoice he gave us was incomplete and missing basic company information. We called Hiller for a second opinion on 9/14/26. Their technician found that the capacitor Gra Tac installed was already weakened and that the real problem was a failing condenser fan motor. Hiller replaced the motor and capacitor, documented everything clearly, and our AC immediately started working. Gra Tac misdiagnosed the issue, charged us $500, and left us without cooling. As long time customers, we expected better professionalism and accuracy. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
