  Whoever the Tech is that lives in smiths grove, drives like a nut. This guy has tailgated me multiple times in the morning while taking my child to school. Not a good look for the company and dangerous.

  This was regular service under a maintenance agreement, so there was no charge. He very thorough, especially cleaning the outside units, andwas very helpful explaining the system .

  In the middle of summer our HVAC unit quit working. We called Gre-Tec on a Sunday afternoon. Trevor arrived in just a few minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told us what it would take to resolve it. Early on Tuesday morning he showed up first thing. He quickly made the repair and got us back on track. Trevor is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and on every other way professional . All those things are appreciated. I give him 5 stars.

  We have had the best service for our HVAC needs from Derrick at Gra-Tac on two separate occasions, years apart. In fact, everyone we’ve dealt with at Gra-Tac through the years has been wonderful. It surely says something great about a business when they can hire and retain such excellent and thoughtful professionals. I am so grateful for Gra-Tac and Derrick’s help keeping my home comfortable in every season, with quick response times, reasonable prices, true solutions, awesome customer service and excellent products.
