  I can’t say enough good things about Heiland Roofing and the experience I had with them. From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond—but I especially want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Rodney. For an entire year, Rodney stood by my side through all the back and forth with my insurance. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was going through it alone. He honestly held my hand every step of the way and fought for me to make sure everything was handled the right way. I also want to give a special mention to Rose at the front desk—she is an absolute sweetheart. Every interaction with her was kind, warm, and welcoming, and she made the whole process feel that much more personal. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares the way they do. I’m so grateful for the hard work, dedication, and kindness shown throughout this entire process. If you’re looking for a company that truly has your back, Heiland Roofing is the one.   Kyle and the entire Heiland team were very responsive and professional. Great communication leading up to the project, and the execution was great! The team cleaned up everything on my property, and you couldn’t even tell they were there if you didn’t know. The office people were also VERY patient, as the insurance process sometimes requires it. They handled it all for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Thank you Kyle and Heiland!

  We needed a new roof put on a house we were selling that also had an insurance claim and they helped us through all of that process transparently and with great communication. They helped us in the short timeframe we had to get it done and helped set up other people we needed for gutters and flu replacement. I have already referred them. Excellent job as well on the roof itself!
