  What I was told and what I received are so different. The only communication is when I call them. I had to call after weeks of waiting to just make an appt to measure my kitchen and 2 weeks later I called again and they had to remeasure. Weeks later again I called to schedule for installation. Half the work was done with one worker and 2 weeks of work only half got done due to wrong and damaged product. Now 7 months later I still have an unfinished kitchen and no word after several text and calls with no info on when I can get my kitchen complete.

  Bryce and Ben showed up right at 8 am. They did not hesitate to start working on my project. They put cloth tarps down on my floors and was very professional on every part of the job. Bryce was very informative and actually stopped working when I had questions. Both of these guys were very polite and respectful to our house.

  Absolutely AMAZING!!! First I was originally looking at a July install but they were able to get all of my pieces in and installed in less than 24 hrs this May! Zach and Xavier were professional and very thoughtful! When we discovered my plumbing was a negative slope and that’s why my drain has been so slow they explained it to me and took pictures and said when I was ready to fix it they could explain it to the plumber if I called for the report. Cleaned up the bathroom afterwards and even made friends with my loud mouth dog, Curry! Very happy with the service and results!

  We were very pleased with the attention to detail and work ethic provided by James Wood. He used drop cloths and left the area very clean. Dust was kept to a minimum. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed having him here. We are really enjoying our new walk in shower. Thanks James and Tailored.

  Zach and Xavier completed and exceptional project for our family. They worked non stop quickly and quietly. The shower is perfect. They went above and beyond to add our vanity top and match colors by painting stoppers to match the faucet. Also replaced our toilet. Very efficient and quick. Highly recommend!
