  James and Ben did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. The new walk in shower is great and my husband can safely take showers without the worry of falling getting in and out of the tub. I love it too.

  Colton just finished replacing my tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower. He was such a joy to work with. He checked with me with the grab bar, seat, shelf placement. And he cleaned up after his work. My initial contact, Rich, was also very pleasant and detail oriented. He was also patient as I changed my mind several times. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Old tub shown pictures 1st.

  Highly recommend 👌 they did an awesome job. And didn't leave me any mess to clean up. There were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Also it was fun to hear them laughing and having a little fun!

  My name is Barbara and I live in Topeka. I was introduced to Tailored while perusing the aisles of Home Depot. There I met Sherri and was given information about their walk-in showers…something I have been actively persuing. I signed up for a free estimate and was visited by Seth Brody a few days later. Seth was right on time and began immediately to take measurements and visit with me about what I wanted to do. He listened carefully and answered all of my questions. Our visit was very positive and informative about the products their company uses. He explained the components of various shower packages and answered all my questions. I ended up purchasing a walk-in shower from him and am so very excited to see the project complete. Seth was a very good representative for the company and I feel very confident that I will be thoroughly delighted with my new shower! ~Barb

  Our installer on this job was great but the company in my opinion sucks. We came to an agreement in my home with the sales person in February and at that time paid them half ($13.5k) of the agreed upon amount for our kitchen remodel. After hearing nothing for about 3 months, we started calling constantly in an effort to obtain a copy of a contract for us to sign approval of and a start date. For Several weeks every call was a dead end with no return calls to our messaging or a runaround when connected to someone. Finally after almost 6 months they called with a start date which was to be one week later. I was surprised they would start without a signed contract but being anxious for a start after such a long time I shrugged it off. The installer (Zach) and his helper arrived on time and in 5 days completed a beautiful job minus one cabinet door which was inaccurately measured and had to be reordered which we were told would be installed within the following week. He said that the work was guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. I responded that I had nothing in writing about the warranty and after repeated calls I still had no copy of a contract which I assumed would address the warranty subject. Zach returned a week later, finished the job and asked if I had received a copy of the contract since we had last spoke about it. I said “No” and he seemed somewhat surprised and immediately made a phone call. Whoever was on the other end of his call indicated they would see to sending me a copy of the contract right away. It finally arrived by email a short while later and I suspected immediately why I think they were reluctant to share it with me. Everything we had agreed to with the salesperson was there but on the signature lines someone, without our permission or knowledge, had forged signatures for both my wife and myself.That and all the prior delays and unanswered concerns has, in the least, left a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Needless to say I would not dare consult with them concerning any future remodeling projects I might have in mind.
