  I don’t mind paying $20 for a new filter, but being charged $30 in labor to replace it, something that takes less than a minute to do, is excessive. That’s especially true since it wasn’t communicated up front and came on top of the $90 maintenance service charge. The technician was professional and did a good job, but the way this was handled was very frustrating. It felt like the filter replacement was presented as a courtesy rather than an added charge. Clear, upfront pricing matters, and this lack of transparency makes it harder for me to justify continuing service with your company in the future.

  Roth replaced my HVAC system. The staff members were outstanding...I had no problem leaving the house while they were working. I've appreciated the Roth company for many years. They certainly earned my respect once more.

  This place came out to look at my AC because it wasn't working and I said it's probably leaking. The guy comes out and determines it is leaking and and after an hour of testing says he can't find the leak. They quote me 7500 dollars for a new system and leave while charging me 225 dollars for telling me something I already knew. I got a second opinion from Alpha HVAC and they quickly figured out where it was leaking and decided it was better in the long term to replace the whole system which they did for only 4000 dollars. Roth heating and air is incompetent and a scam
