- RCRich Carlisle3 days ago3.0I absolutely love the product. Bill has been an awesome salesperson to work with. Installation has been problematic with damage done with the expectation that I would fix it. Furthermore, job was not completed. I was told they would come back on a Monday and it has been one week with zero communication.
- TBTerese Bovee6 days ago5.0I worked with Bill to purchased luxury vinyl flooring, and he was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgable.
- TATerri AshcroftSep 25, 20265.0Customer service was great and very helpful. The selection of products is great. I was able to get my flooring ordered and picked up in a timely fashion even with a backorder. I'll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.
- LRLaura RoberdsAug 31, 20264.0Salesmen were helpful and actually came to the house the day we placed and paid for our order. When we were at the store, salesmen said they would have the installer move some of the heavier furniture and we would take the bed apart, which we did. However, this information was not communicated to the actual installer. The installer was very gracious to help us move the furniture and we appreciated all his efforts. We paid him directly for helping us out. He did a great job!! We can make there needs to be better communication between the salesman and the installers going forward. All in all, we are pleased with the work he did.
